Cases of Falun Dafa Practitioners Being Persecuted at the Wuyuan Labor Camp in Inner Mongolia (Part IV)

Mr. Qiri Mailatu, 68 Years of Age, Mongolian Ethnicity, From Huhehaote City

Qiri is an architect. His name was recorded in the book, Famous People of the World's Minorities. He is the oldest practitioner being jailed in the Wuyuan Labor Camp. During detention, Qiri was threatened many times. Once, when he was interrogated, the police threatened him, saying that if he did not renounce his belief in Falun Dafa he would be sent to do intensive labor at a labor camp. The police also ordered criminals to watch him 24 hours a day. On July 20, 2001, the government unlawfully extended his sentence for another 3 months because he refused to give up his belief in "Truthfulness-Benevolence-Forbearance." While imprisoned Qiri was forced to do hard labor, clean out toilets, and perform extreme physical drills. Moreover, his possessions were confiscated.

Mr. Cao Guo, 35 Years of Age, From Duolun, Inner Mongolia

In September of 2000, Cao Guo was transferred from the Ximeng Labor Camp to the Wuyuan Labor Camp, where the police physically tortured him in order to force him to give up his belief.

In January of 2001, Cao Guo was forced to paint all of the rooms in the labor camp, and to clean out the open pit toilets. Cao was watched 24 hours a day, and was forced to watch anti-Falun Dafa propaganda, read anti-Falun Dafa books, write repentant statements, go through brainwashing, and suffer severe mental torture.

Mr. Wang Shouda, 38 Years of Age, From Ererduosi, Inner Mongolia

He was arrested in November 2002 and was sent to the Wuyuan Labor Camp in December of that year. An "entry team" was formed with Zhong Zhiyuan being the team leader. Wuyuan Labor Camp persecutes practitioners by all kinds of means, with the aim of reaching a 100% rate of transformation of practitioners. When Wang Shouda was imprisoned there, he was forced to stand for 72 hours non-stop, as well as other physical torture.

Mr. Song Tingfang, 47 Years of Age, Employee of the Duolun County Farming Bureau

Mr. Song was arrested in February 2000 and sentenced to 3 years in a labor camp. In September 2000, he was transferred to Wuyuan Labor Camp. In the 4th team, Song was infused with anti-Dafa propaganda, and was forced to write repentance statements repetitively. Song has 2 children and both go to school. His wife does not work, so the family had no income after Song was imprisoned. Song suffered from great mental pressure in the labor camp and was forced to do hard labor every day. Song's health was very weak when he was released and he died from the injuries he received while in detention in April 2002.

Mr. Zhou Ruilin, 48 Years of Age, Worked At The Duolun County Transportation Bureau In Inner Mongolia.

Arrested in February 2000, he was then transferred from Ximeng Labor Camp to Wuyuan Labor Camp. Zhou is being watched 24 hours a day and has lost all freedom. He is forced to attend daily brainwashing classes, read anti-Falun Gong materials, and has been doing hard labor for 3 years. Zhou's two children are studying in a university outside of Mongolia and have no financial support. Zhou suffers from extremely heavy mental pressure.

Mr. Xu Liang, from Wei County, Hebei Province

Arrested at Baotou, he was sent to Wuyuan in January 2003. He was forced to stand day and night, while being electrically shocked. Afterwards, he was transferred to the 2^nd Team for brainwashing.

On 28^th January, when Shen Yansheng and Liu Bingqiang forced Xu Liang to write statements against Dafa, Xu Liang refused and, instead, clarified the truth of Dafa. He was then closed off from everyone else. Criminals Ma Wubin and Feng Yunsheng watched him day and night, and persecuted him in an attempt to force him to write the "Three statements" to denounce Dafa.

Mr. Jiang Weizhong, 35 Years of Age, from Hulunbeiermeng

Jiang Weizhong was released from Inner Mongolia's Tumuji Labor camp in 2002 and was then arrested once again. In January 2003 he was sent to Wuyuan Labor Camp and was forced to stand while he was in the 1^st team. He was not allowed to rest for days and nights, and was electrically shocked. Later he was forced to attend brainwashing classes everyday.

Mr. Shi Jun, 33 Years of Age, Worked in Inner Mongolia's Ximeng Baiqi Birth Control Department.

Shi Jun was detained in Wuyuan Labor Camp in 2002. He was forced to stand days and nights while being beaten and kicked. Later, he was transferred to the 1^st Team for brainwashing and suffered brutal persecution.

Mr. Shi Yanwei, 27 Years of Age, Lived in Ximeng Maodeng Farm of Inner Mongolia

Shi Yanwei was sent to Wuyuan Labor Camp in 2002. He was severely beaten when he refused to accept transformation on his first day in the labor camp. His right eye bled profusely from a 3 cm cut left from the beating. Then he was asked to write repentance statements and brainwashed every day

Mr. Liu Liansheng, 45 Years of Age, a Doctor in Huangheshao Town, Saihan District, Huhehaote City

In September 2002, Liu was arrested and was not allowed to sleep for days. One day he was electrically shocked because the police wanted to use him to scare another 4 practitioners who were forced to stand for long hours in the opposite room.

Mr. Wang Guoyan, from Wangzhuang Village, Baidun Township, Jingtai County, Gansu Province

Wang was arrested in July 2002 and sentenced to 3 years in the Wuyuan Labor Camp. An empty room was used for torturing Dafa practitioners in the 3^rd team. Wang Guoyan, Zhu Guozhan and 2 other Dafa practitioners were sent there to stand for 7 days and night non-stop. One day, Wang held up his hand to send forth righteous thoughts and was severely beaten. The next day, he was beaten once again by criminals for no reason. The team leader Li did not stop the criminals from beating Wang. Instead he supported them and ordered Wang to stand in front of the stairs.

Mr. Li Shenggeng, from Haohan Banner, Chifeng City; Mr. Yu Shuichi, worked for Duolun County Taxation Office; Mr. Zheng Rui from Huhehaote City

These three practitioners were jailed in 2002. In late September, they were put into an empty room and forced to stand for 4 days and night without rest. They were watched and forced to write repentance statements until the team leader felt that their statements were adequate.

Ms. Sun Jianning; Mr. Min Daqing; Mr. Yun Zhuyi; Mr. Wei Yongchun

In early August 2003, these practitioners wrote down the facts of their persecution when filling out some required information card, such as acts of blackmail, threats, beatings, physical punishments, and more. Led by Liu Jun, Du Xiangguang and Liu Taiping started a new round of persecution of practitioners. After Sun Jianning wrote declarations declaring her previous statements void, she was beaten by the police and was electrically shocked. Her face became disfigured and she could hardly walk. Min Daqing was chained to the heater, and the police electrically shocked his mouth, until he could not eat and his hands swelled up. Yun Zhuyi was forced to read out labor camp rules and admit crimes. Yun said, "I did nothing wrong." So the criminals were ordered to kick him until he was pushed underneath the bed. Wei Youngchun was also beaten after he refused to read out the labor camp rules. He was locked to the heater while being shocked until all 3 electric batons ran out of electricity.

Other practitioners being persecuted in Wuyuan Labor Camp include Ji Tiegen, Li Xiaosheng, Zhu Guozhan, Ji Xiaoquan, Zhang Weifeng, Liu Bin, Dong Guobin, Wang Xuedong, Lin Fucai, Liu Wenzhong, Wang Qingwen, Shebateer, Guo Bingqiang, Liu Bei, Wang Guoli, Zou Yugui, Huang Yanying, Yin Haiying, Wang Zhonggang, Li Haiyuan, Li Ruyi, Zhang Hongshu, Chen Wanfu, Li Suran, Zhao Kai, Wang Xinli, and Li Guijun.

Wuyuan's brutal persecution has severely harmed practitioners both mentally and physically.
