[Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province] Dafa Practitioner Mr. Xu Tianbao is Disabled from Torture in the Shenzhen City No.2 Forced Labor Camp
Dafa practitioner Mr. Xu Tianbao used to be called Xu Qitian. In 2002, police arrested and handcuffed him to a bench in an unbearably painful position. At the same time they used two loudspeakers to broadcast into his ears on both sides. It hurt him so much that Xu Tianbao's ears bled and got inflamed, and his hearing was impaired. Later on, he was sent to Shenzhen City's No.2 Forced Labor Camp and has been held there until now. Both of Mr. Xu Qitian's ears oozed pus in that labor camp.
With his strong request, personnel from the labor camp superficially eased some inflammation for him, but never gave him actual treatment. His left ear thus became totally deaf. At present, he suffers from a pus-oozing, infected ear, and has to endure severe headaches and dizziness. However, the authorities in Shenzhen City's No.2 Forced Labor Camp still don't provide him with actual medical treatment.

During the morning of February 8, 2004, personnel from the police station of the No.3 Oil Factory, Sa District, Daqing City, arrested practitioner Ms. Cai Xiaoyan, who had just arrived for work. Cai Xiaoyan tried to resist their illegal arrest. The policemen dragged her by her hair and threw her into a police car.
