(Clearwisdom.net) This incident actually happened a few weeks back, but I did not have the time to write my experiences about it at that time. I recently shared it at a local group experience sharing, and people were touched. I then felt that I should write it out so that it may benefit more practitioners.

A few weeks ago, there was a project to mail truth-clarifying materials to request support for the genocide lawsuit against Jiang Zemin. I went to a big-chain store that had a facility to make copies. There was a young lady behind the counter. I thought to myself, "I should clarify the truth to her." It occurred to me that I could clarify the truth by means of asking for a discount.

I told the lady that I was trying to make copies for a human rights project, and asked her if the company offered rebates on such things. She said that she couldn't make a decision on rebates, and she called the manager and asked me to talk to him over the phone.

As soon as I started talking to the manager, he said that the cost of making the copies was already extremely low for students, and their company policy didn't allow them to lower the price any further than that. I patiently talked to him about the persecution of Falun Gong in China and the details of the package that I was sending and how important it was. I noticed that as I was talking, the lady at the counter was touched, and I could sense that the manager was also touched.

Then the manager mentioned, this time more politely, that the cost was very low and reasonable, and asked me if the "organization" would mind paying the little bit of extra money for the copies. My intention at this point was still not to get a discount, but to clarify the truth, so I told him that there was no "organization," and that I, despite being a poor student, was spending the money out of my own pocket to help stop the persecution. I further told him that I was making so many copies with my own money because I was the only practitioner in my local area.

The manager was immediately touched. He said that despite company policy, managers had some leeway, and that he would give me a rebate of around 20% and take personal responsibility for it. He immediately walked to the counter from his office with the rebate form and told the lady clerk to apply the discount to all copies that I made.

Because the copy machine was occupied at that minute, I also took the opportunity to clarify the truth to the lady clerk and the other people there. I showed them the contents of the package, and told them about the persecution of Falun Gong in China, how Jiang was trying to cover up the persecution and why we found it important to raise awareness about the persecution. The lady clerk was deeply sympathetic and helped me in whatever way she could to make the copies. While I was making copies, she checked on me from time to time to see if everything was going along well. She also reminded me each time to not leave without applying the discount. In the end, after I paid her the money for the copies, she wished me the very best and hoped that everything would work out well.

I was so touched by this episode, and realized how many sentient beings are waiting for us to clarify the truth and save them. I had not meant to get a discount, and all that I wanted to do was clarify the facts. Yet, by having the truth clarified to them, the people at the copy center were able to support Dafa and position themselves righteously.

Through this, I also understood that even though there are many things that seem to stop us on the surface from clarifying the truth and from getting support, if we can touch the human heart with the truth, then we will truly be unlocking the doors to save sentient beings.

I would like to conclude with Master's words:

"I'm also telling you that all beings in today's world came for the sake of

the Fa. If you want a being to clearly understand this point, you should go

and clarify the truth to him. It is a master key, the key that can unlock

that one thing all living beings have had sealed off for a long time and

been waiting for more than an eternity."
