(Clearwisdom.net) The Chinese Vice-Premier Wu Yi visited Sweden from the 26th to the 28th of September. She visited the second biggest city in Sweden, Gothenburg, on the 28th.

Falun Gong practitioners in Gothenburg thought that this was a good chance for the Vice-Premier and the Chinese delegates to see that Falun Gong is practiced in Sweden. Our aim was to share with these visitors the facts about Falun Gong and that Falun Gong practitioners will never give up following the principles of "Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance." Many Chinese Government officials are also victims of the Jiang faction's campaign of genocide, as they have been duped into believing the lies spread to justify the brutal persecution against this peaceful practice. Being Falun Gong practitioners, we are not against the Chinese Government, but we ask the Chinese Government to help bring the people who are responsible for the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners to justice.

We held a peaceful appeal outside the Chinese Consulate from morning until evening. We distributed leaflets to passers-by and hung up a banner reading, "The World Needs Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance."

At noon, the Chinese Vice-Premier and delegates dined in the City Hall. Later we saw many delegates leaving the building and we went to talk to them. They could speak English. We told them that Falun Dafa is good and that people receive great mental and physical benefits from practicing Falun Dafa. Some western practitioners could speak a little Chinese, so we spoke both English and Chinese and also showed them some pictures. Some people listened with friendly and curious looks. We wished them a good future in Chinese. They dared not receive any printed information, but some really wanted to listen to what we had to say.

After verifying with the on-duty policeman that it was permissible to hang up our banner, we stood on the roadway where every car of the delegation would pass, so everyone had a chance to see our banners and our yellow Falun Gong t-shirts. Afterwards, some practitioners went to appeal at the Chinese Consulate until the evening.
