On June 24, hackers broke into the mailbox of Minghui, the Chinese website of Clearwisdom.net. Emails in the mailbox at the time of the break-in were exposed. In order to prevent possible damage or further security breaches, we request that Falun Dafa practitioners in Mainland China who wrote to the Minghui website from June 24 to June 27 change to a different e-mail address. Let us strengthen our study of the Fa, maintain righteous thoughts, eliminate all the factors that persecute Falun Dafa practitioners, and completely stop the interference from the old forces.
2. [Jidong County, Heilongjiang Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Sun Guiying Dies from Police Abuse and Negligence
Ms. Sun Guiying, 56, lived in Yongyuan Village in Donghai Town, Jidong County, Heilongjiang Province.
On the evening of February 27, 2000, officers from the local police station took Ms. Sun Guiying and another practitioner to the station for interrogation. Because of the officers' abuse, Ms. Sun had a heart attack. The police knew her condition was serious and secretly took her home. Ms. Sun lived next door to her daughter, but the officers were so afraid that they left immediately without notifying her daughter about her condition. When her daughter finally came over, Ms. Sun had vomited on her bed and was on the verge of death. Ms. Sun's daughter immediately took her to the hospital, but it was too late. If the police had sent her directly to the hospital, or at least notified her daughter, Ms. Sun might not have died.

3. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] The Criminal Investigation Police Brigade in Guta District Uses the Excuse of "Examining Residential Papers" to Arrest Falun Dafa Practitioners
On May 29, 2003, five or six officers from the Guta District Division of the Police Department broke into Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Wang Lijuan's home. The officers did not have a search warrant, but they used the excuse of checking residential papers. The officers forcibly took Ms. Wang with them. They extorted 3000 Yuan* from Ms. Wang's husband in order for them to release her, but they gave him no receipt for the money. This is the third incident of such extortion in this area over the past few days.
*Yuan is the Chinese currency. The average monthly salary of an urban worker in China is 500 Yuan.
4. [Suining City, Sichuan Province] The Recent Persecution of Falun Dafa Practitioners in Suining City, Sichuan Province
Since June 2003, the Suining City "610 Office"* has been arresting Falun Dafa practitioners. They have persecuted several dozen practitioners. On June 5, they followed and then unlawfully arrested eight Falun Dafa practitioners who had just been meeting to share experiences. Afterwards people from the 610 Office ransacked the practitioners' homes. A few days later, they arrested many Falun Dafa practitioners near Jiefuqiao in Beimenpian District. One practitioner managed to get away from the police with the aid of strong righteous thoughts.
*The 610 Office is an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political or judicial systems.
5. [Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province] The Police Break into a Falun Gong Materials Production Site
On June 24, 2003, the police followed several practitioners and broke into a materials production site. They arrested two practitioners, one of whom managed to escape. At around 9:00 pm on the evening of June 25, 2003, five practitioners were leaving Chaoyang City by car. Traffic police stopped them and arrested four of them, while one managed to escape.
The evil's interference has become more serious. We hope that local practitioners will watch for their safety and overcome the interference.
6. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] The Local Police Use the Excuse of "Screening Rental Properties" to Conduct Searches without a Warrant in Order to Arrest Falun Dafa Practitioners
Using the excuse that they were screening rental properties, the police in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province conducted searches without a warrant in order to arrest Falun Dafa practitioners. They unlawfully arrested several dozen Falun Dafa practitioners .
7. [Hengshui City, Hebei Province] The Party Central Committee's "610 Office" Allocates a Large Amount of Money to the Hengshui City "610 Office" for the Persecution of Falun Dafa Practitioners
According to internal sources, the "610 Office" of the Party's central committee has allocated a large amount of money to the Hengshui City "610 Office." The funds will pay for surveillance and other measures against Falun Gong practitioners, as the authorities are planning a new round of persecution.
8. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Alert to Falun Dafa Practitioners in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province
Recently, policemen from the Shenhe Division of the Police Department have staked out the Qingyu Residential Quarters on Danan Street in Shenhe District. A couple of days ago, a married couple, both of whom are Falun Dafa practitioners, were arrested. On the afternoon of June 25, another Falun Dafa practitioner was forcibly taken away. The police have deployed three vehicles to find more practitioners.
9. [Liaoning Province] The Police Unlawfully Arrest Ms. Gao Rongrong, an Employee of the Lushun Art Institute
On June 21, the police unlawfully arrested 30-year-old Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Gao Rongrong. The police and staff of the security section of her work place had besieged her residence the night before. When she came out, the police overwhelmed her in the hallway. She is being held unlawfully at a detention center.

10. [Chongqing] Falun Dafa Practitioners Who Clarify the Facts to Students and Employees at Chongqing University Need to Pay Attention to Safety Issues
We request Falun Dafa practitioners in Chongqing to please be alert. The security departments and administrative offices at various levels at Chongqing University are in a state of panic over the Wei Xingyan incident [the Chongqing University student who was raped by the police] and the distribution of materials that expose the facts about the crime against Ms. Wei. In addition, the "610 Office" has exerted tremendous pressure on all parties at the university. Of course, none of this is going to prevent us from clarifying the facts to the university employees, as well as to the public, but we need to pay close attention to safety and at the same time strengthen sending forth righteous thoughts.
11. [Hefei City, Anhui Province] Zhang Jiyu and Wang Hongrong from the Hefei Forklift Factory Forced into Exile; Ms. Yao from the No. 17 Middle School Unlawfully Arrested
Wang Hongrong is an employee at the Hefei Forklift Factory. At around 4:00 p.m. on April 30, a few minutes after two Falun Dafa practitioners arrived at Wang Hongrong's home, several officers from the 110 police force knocked on Mr. Wang's door. (It was later learned that one of the two practitioners was followed after distributing truth-clarifying materials.) The officers hid when no one answered the door. The two Falun Dafa practitioners, seeing no one outside, opened the door and left. Ms. Yao, a teacher at the No. 17 Middle School, was unlawfully arrested, while the other practitioner managed to get away. Mr. Wang Hongrong escaped by climbing over a wall. Just at that moment, Zhang Jiyu, also an employee of the Hefei Forklift Factory, returned from out of town. He left when he saw Mr. Wang escape. The authorities sent out many policemen to conduct unlawful searches of the practitioners' homes, and took away personal computers, printers, and other items. After this incident, the Hefei Forklift Factory suspended Zhang Jiyu and Wang Hongrong's salaries. The leaders of the factory also suspended bonuses to their co-workers in order to fan hatred for Falun Gong.

Falun Dafa practitioner He Jian was unlawfully arrested a few days ago. Although he is not sick, he is being held in custody at a hospital. Four police officers are on guard. The police have also confiscated his personal computer from his home. The details are under investigation.
