According to Minghui.net's recent reports on Heilongjiang Province, lawless personnel have set up brainwashing centers and classes in Shuangcheng City, Daqing City, Jiamusi City and other cities in Heilongjiang Province, attempting to set an example of destroying Dafa and persecuting Dafa practitioners by way of repeatedly brainwashing practitioners and destroying practitioners one by one. They will then extend the method nationwide. Hereby we suggest to all Dafa practitioners in Heilongjiang Province to cooperate with each other and act as one body; get rid of our loopholes in time; send forth righteous thoughts at the top of each hour according to one's own condition and situation; completely eliminate the behind-the-scenes helpers of the old forces and all evil factors, and fundamentally negate the old forces' arrangements and schemes.
[Cheng'an County, Hebei Province] One Torture Death and Persecution Accounts of Dafa Practitioners
On August 31, 2002, sixty-eight Dafa practitioners were arrested while holding an Experience-Sharing Conference in Cheng'an County, Handan City. Xun Ruilin, who was among them, was tortured to death. Until now, three Dafa practitioners are still detained. They were sentenced to one year of forced labor, but the personnel from Hebei Province "610 Office*" thought the term to be too light and did not approve. They are attempting to sentence them to a longer period of time. A woman over 60 years old is among these practitioners.

1. Ms. Zhu Pinshan is a Dafa practitioner from the Chengxiang Central Hospital in the Qingbaijiang District, Chengdu City. As she persisted in practicing Dafa, she was demoted from an attendant Chinese medicine doctor to become the receptionist for the outpatient department. On September 22, personnel from the "610 Office" forcibly took her to a brainwashing class. Eight people carried her into a police vehicle. The scene was horrible. Her current situation is unknown.
2. Ms. Huang Xinchong, 48 years old, is a Dafa practitioner from Xinfeng Town, Guanghan City. On June 22, 2003, she was arrested while clarifying the truth to people and was beaten unconscious on the spot. Later on her home was ransacked. She is now detained at the Guanghan Detention Center, and was sentenced to 1.5 years of forced labor. On August 29, she was sent to the Nanmusi Forced Labor Camp. Her current situation is unknown.

Ms. Teng Xiaojie used to be a voluntary assistant for a Falun Gong Practice Site on Luoyang Road, Qingdao City. She went to Beijing to appeal after July 20, 1999. Her husband was forced to divorce her even though she had already become pregnant. After the divorce she started to make Dafa truth-clarifying materials and was followed by the police. She only stayed one day at a hospital when giving birth. In order to avoid illegal arrest, she and her one-year old baby girl were forced to leave home and live in exile.

Practitioner Mr. Huang Huaxiong from Hanchuan City, Hubei Province has been detained for several days. He is now staging a hunger strike and practicing the exercise. The police instigated common prisoners to injure his face and ears.

Changchun City's Heizuizi Female Labor Camp in Jilin Province applied "large class" format in an attempt to brainwash practitioners every Tuesday and Thursday. During these classes the practitioners were forced to watch the movies that slander Dafa and listen to collaborators** abusing Dafa. When determined practitioners stood up to safeguard Dafa, they were then beaten up and shocked with electric batons.

At the beginning of the fall semester, Kuiwen District Education Bureau located in Weifang City, Shandong Province, held a contest among elementary and middle school students. The content was all about slandering Dafa and the founder of Falun Gong, in an attempt to turn these students against Dafa and to poison the minds of thousands of students.
Many students who understood the truth of Dafa rejected this evil deed with their righteous actions. Some of them wrote, "Falun Dafa is good" on the test paper; some tore up the paper to protest; and some refused to answer the questions. During the night of August 22, police arrested Dafa practitioners Tan Xiangyu, Zhou Wenxuan, Deng Hua and Zhou from Changsha City, Hunan Province. The persecutors were from the Tianxin District Police Substation in the Yuhua District, Changsha City. Equipment worth thousands of Yuan and all materials were confiscated. Because an address book was confiscated by the police, many Dafa practitioners listed in the address book were arrested. Moreover, Dafa practitioners' families were seriously implicated. Until now, the practitioners' relatives are not allowed to visit the arrested practitioners.
