A Dafa practitioner from Dehui and another practitioner visited the home of a fellow practitioner in Gongzhuling City and were both kidnapped by Hebei police in an ambush. Because the two Dafa practitioners refused to cooperate with police demands, they were faced with brutal persecution. In the station, police used all kinds of cruel methods to torment the practitioners, such as the "Tiger Bench (a torture where one is forced to sit on a bench motionless for a long period of time)," being immersed in frigid water, slapped, beaten with batons, and hung from the ceiling. Practitioners' feet were tied together and hung from the heating vent, with their backs propped straight by a hard object. The police used electric batons to beat and shock the practitioners as they hung in the air.

Several days later, the same police station also detained four other fellow practitioners from Changchun, and they all faced the same vile persecution. In the detention center, Dafa practitioners protested the persecution by going on hunger strikes, but the police tried to force-feed them. They chained the practitioners' hands and feet to a board, forming a square. Then the supervisor and a few criminal inmates pried open the practitioners' mouths and poured bottles and bottles of ice cold water down their throats, to the point where it was impossible for them to breathe. After one session, practitioners' mouths were full of blood. It was an unsightly atrocity. The four Changchun practitioners have now been transferred to Daguang Detention Center in Changchun.

The Gongzhuling Detention Center is also holding several local Dafa practitioners, including Yan Lifei, Zhang Lihua, Wang Sheng, Xiao Wei, Da Jun, Xiao Kang, Sister Zhou, Qi Mingjiu, Zhao Zhigang, Chen Limei, Li Yang, and Li Hui. Of the above, Wang Sheng, Chen Limei, Li Yang, and Li Hui have been released because of their righteous thoughts and hunger strikes.

Currently the Dafa practitioners in the Gongzhuling area are under severe persecution, so clarifying the truth is rather difficult at the moment. We hope overseas practitioners can assist as best they can.
