(Clearwisdom.net) In the evening of June 7, 2002, New Zealand Dafa practitioners formed two groups to send forth righteous thoughts. One group drove nine hours from Auckland to the Chinese Embassy in Wellington, the capital city. Starting from the middle of May, New Zealand Dafa disciples took turns to send forth righteous thoughts in front of the Wellington Chinese Embassy. The other group sent forth righteous thoughts at the top of each hour around the clock in front of the Auckland Chinese Consulate.
Some practitioners realized that this is the key moment for us to assist Teacher during Fa-rectification in the human world. It is also the momentous mission assigned to us in history. As Dafa practitioners, we cannot slack off or seek comfort. Up to June 11, it rained every night, but practitioners insisted on sending forth righteous thoughts every half hour. On June 10th, the fierce wind broke two poles holding banners. The practitioners then found two poles that were more durable to replace them.
Even at midnight, people honked their horns to express their greetings. On June 9 at around 10 p.m., two Chinese ladies stopped their car and asked us, "What is going on here?" Practitioners introduced Falun Gong to them and told them about the Jiang regime's brutal suppression of Falun Gong. One of them said to us, "Even though I do not know Falun Gong very well, we admire you, as even so late at night you are still standing here in the rain." Before they left, they said they were from South Island, and they would read through the materials carefully that we handed to them.
New Zealand Dafa disciples will send forth righteous thoughts at regular intervals for 24 hours in front of the Consulate.
