A female Dafa practitioner in Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province firmly practiced Falun Dafa, but her husband was deceived by the Jiang-Luo regime's slander, so he did not understand his wife. When his wife was persecuted and dismissed by her company, leaving her without wages, and she was unreasonably detained many times and fined and so on, he divorced her. He also took their child away and did not let her have any visitation rights. This Dafa practitioner was illegally forced into labor "re-education" for one year because she went to Beijing to appeal.

She came back after she completed her sentence and was released from the forced labor camp. One day, when she walked on the street, she suddenly wondered why a child, who had just brushed past her, looked so much like her own long lost son. She unconsciously turned her head and had a look. She couldn't believe it and thought to herself, "My son is so tall? My son's face looks like a young adult?" By now, this young boy had also stopped and looked at her in wonder, "Is she my mother? How thin she is!" He dared to call her, "Mother?" On the street, the mother and her son held each other and cried. "Mother," said the boy, "I barely recognized you. I thought you were still imprisoned in the forced labor camp. I never thought I would see my mother here. Mother, I miss you very much! You have changed. You have become so thin." His mother sobbed and said, "You have also changed. You've grown up and become tall. I looked at you for a while, but if you had not called me, I would not have been sure it was you. I forgot that it has been two and a half years since we have seen each other. You have really grown up."

This mother, who did not own a thing in the world, had to take her child to a temporary dwelling--a practitioner's home. She told practitioners that she thought she would never see her son. When the child saw his mother with tears streaming down her face, he stroked his mother's hands and comforted her: "Mother, how good I feel! Do not cry!" When he said that, he turned his head and brushed away tears from one of his cheeks. The child said that after his mother left, his father went to Harbin to do business and left him with his elderly uncle who was already divorced. Since his uncle was ill, he needed the boy to look after him. He told his mother how he had already learned to prepare food, wash clothes and tidy up the room. He was fifth in his class. When his mother listened and watched her child, who she had almost lost forever, she was in tears. All the practitioners who witnessed the reunion shed tears.

Who is it that forces a mother and her son to be separated? How many families are there still who cannot reunite even to this day? Who is it that has made such a large number of tragedies in human world? All kindhearted people: Please help us stop such tragic circumstances!
