On April 8th, Jiang Zemin, an abuser of human rights, personally experienced the ubiquitousness of Falun Gong even before he reached the Adlon Hotel where he would stay throughout the trip. This made the already quaking Jiang even more agitated. His poor proteges were also very nervous. To avoid the ever-peaceful Falun Gong practitioners, they kept changing their itinerary. However, whatever measures they took, Falun Gong could still be seen everywhere.

German Prime Minister Will Bring up Human Rights Issue When Meeting Jiang
BERLIN, April 4 (Radio Free Asia)--German Prime Minister Schröder will bring up the issue of human rights with the Chinese President Jiang Zemin who is visiting Germany.
A senior official of the German government indicated on Friday that Schröder will bring up the issue of human rights when he meets with Jiang Zemin on Tuesday, April 9. The official reckoned that whereas the goal of the two countries is to dialogue over the long run rather than to openly criticize, the two governments don't need to confront to each other when discussing this issue. In addition, Schröder will also discuss the improvement of the reformation of the legal system in China. The official also said that Germany could only influence other countries through a careful exchange.
