People Pay Attention to Article 23 of the Basic Law
Apple Daily December 6 report: After foreign investors and foreign banks publicly expressed concern over the founding of Article 23 of the Basic Law, even some middle-sized and small business owners who have continuously supported government laws in the past also became worried that the business environment will be affected after the passing of Article 23. For example, from the cooperation with foreign investors and businessmen from Taiwan, to their business in engineering and textile involving military projects, they may unknowingly violate the law.
