Before the "human rights scoundrel" visited the United States, I went to Texas, where I went through a 26-day Fa-rectification trial. I used phone calls to clarify the truth to Chinese Americans and Chinese student associations. My tone and message convinced many of them. They felt the benevolence of Falun Dafa practitioners, and their misunderstanding towards Falun Dafa melted away. Some told me, "Falun Gong is truly good, I want to learn it now." Some said, "I have to read Zhuan Falun," and some expressed their apologies, "I am sorry that I misunderstood you." One chairperson of a Chinese student association commented with a heavy heart, "Maybe we helped the evil for real."
Guangdong Province is one of the regions where Falun Dafa is being severely persecuted. In the past three years, Guangdong Province media have played an ugly role. The assistant editor of the local Guangdong TV Station and practitioner Chen Changrui was illegally jailed, and no one knows if he is still alive. In order to rescue Mr. Chen, his younger brother in Australia and Falun Dafa practitioners in Australia call on all kindhearted people to clarify the truth to the Guangdong TV Station, and urgently rescue Mr. Chen Changrui.
Facts of the Persecution
The Bailou Labor Camp in Pingdingshan City, Henan Province arrested Falun Dafa practitioners and took them to the Xuchang brainwashing class. Whoever refused to go to the brainwashing class were beaten and tortured. Some Falun Dafa practitioners came back from the Xuchang brainwashing class so mentally damaged that they could not recognize people close to them. Some were beaten until they lost consciousness and had to be sent to the hospital for emergency care. On top of that, the pressure caused some of them to suffer mental collapses.
Since September 2002, the police and a "610 Office" [an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems] employee in Suining City, Sichuan Province have been persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners relentlessly. They do not even let senior citizens go. Altogether, several dozens of Falun Dafa practitioners were arrested in Xinqiao Town, Baosheng Town, Renxing Town, and Anju Town. The Chuangxin Industrial Park hired thugs to persecute practitioners, climbing over walls to arrest practitioners and ransacking their homes. On November 1, more than twenty Falun Dafa practitioners were arrested. On November 14, the police ransacked more homes and arrested two Falun Dafa practitioner who live on Xinmin Street and Dianjiang Street.
News from China
I am 77 years old and had the fortune of finding Falun Dafa in 1994. All of the sicknesses I had vanished. On January 30, 2002, I was arrested for passing out truth clarifying materials. The police interrogated me for six whole days and nights without letting me rest. I went on hunger strike without water and was subsequently released. I was illegally arrested again on July 17. Police took 1,500 Yuan [3 month's average salary for an urban worker] from my daughter and then released me. I was arrested again on November 6 and brought to the detention center. I went on hunger strike without water again to resist the persecution. I lost consciousness on my eighth day from their abuse. They were afraid to take responsibility for my life and released me.

The prosperity and stability of Hong Kong, as well as the people's freedom and democracy are important to every single person in Hong Kong. They are relevant to everyone's efforts to maintain human dignity and they are relevant to whether we can ignore lies and maintain kindness, justice, and goodwill in our hearts. Each of us should make the right choice based on the facts and our sense of justice.
