The Truth of the Persecution
The persecution of a Dafa practitioner by the Chengdu City "610 Office" (an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems) in Sichuan Province: Because I practice Falun Gong, I was dismissed from my work in December 1999. In March 2000, I was arrested and put on criminal detention for over one month. Later, I was again put on administrative detention for another half a month. After that, I was detained in the brainwashing class at my workplace for half a month. May 27, 2000 was my 60th birthday, and was also my daughter's wedding day. However, my workplace did not allow me to come back home. What's even worse was that on the second day, they sent me to a labor camp for one year forced labor education. I was released on May 3 this year. However, I was kidnapped and sent to Wuhou brainwashing class on June 28. It is a heavenly principle that good will be rewarded with good while evil with evil. I feel worried for those people who persecute Dafa practitioners. They will regret their wrong deeds.

Once I was chatting online with a taxi driver in the chat room. The driver was a 26-year-old young man. He mentioned the little girl who died in the so-called "Tiananmen Self-Immolation Incident" with anger. He was wondering how come Falun Gong would teach people to commit suicide. I told him that I was sympathetic to that little girl too. However, as Dafa practitioners, we cherish our life because we must have our flesh body in order to cultivate. After my explanation, he said he had misunderstood us. He said that our Teacher is really great and our cause is really righteous. Eight days later, I got a message from the driver's brother who told me the driver died. The driver got cancer one year ago. Yet he did not tell his family. His family did not know he had cancer until 3 days before his death. Because of this experience, I became much clearer about the urgency and seriousness of clarifying the facts. If I did not tell him the truth before his death, he would have died without knowing the truth, which would be really miserable. His brother told me that their family members did not like Falun Gong. I know that the driver was hoping that I could tell his family members the truth about Falun Gong. I kept clarifying the facts to his brother and other family members. Later his brother and I become good friends.
