Tokyo, Japan: Practitioners Start a 3-day Vigil Outside of Chinese Embassy to Appeal to Stop Killings
(Clearwisdom.net) Due to the recent escalation of the persecution in China, which has resulted in the deaths of 20 practitioners in the past 22 days, practitioners from Tokyo and the surrounding area gathered in front of the Chinese Embassy on the evening of January 12.
It was freezing that night, but despite the cold winds, practitioners held up big banners reading, "Stop Killing Falun Gong Practitioners in China," "Restore the Reputation of Falun Dafa," and "Release Japanese Practitioner Hu Guoping." Practitioners also sent forth righteous thoughts with great determination to eliminate all evil that damages Dafa.
On the 12th and 13th, about 170 practitioners will hold a Fa study session in Nagoya, the third largest city in Japan. After hearing about the worldwide vigil, over 20 practitioners drove from Nagoya to Osaka and held a candlelight vigil outside the Chinese Consulate there. On the afternoon of the 13th, after the scheduled parade in Nagoya, practitioners will join the vigils in Tokyo and Osaka.
