A Dafa Disciple From Taipei

  • When we are unhappy because fellow practitioners have pointed out our inadequacies, isn't our unhappiness itself a sign of "inadequacies?" This question is valid even if the understandings of the fellow practitioners are incorrect or deviant.
  • When we dare not point out veteran practitioners' inadequacies that we have seen because we have misgivings that doing so would make them unhappy, and we are not sure whether our understandings are correct--this is a mentality of "apprehension."
  • Master requires us to "spread the Fa and offer people salvation with benevolence." If we are troubled by --or even sad about--our family members' failure to accept the Fa when we introduce it to them, isn't this the same as spreading the Fa with human emotion (Qing)?
  • Oftentimes, when we emphasize to others the importance of their looking within for the causes of a problem, we are already seeking outside for answers.
  • Always being able to see others' inadequacies but unable to see their merits--doesn't this point to one's own inadequacies too?

Just my personal reflections--please, kindly share your thoughts.
