(Clearwisdom.net) The corrupt government officials in Zhaogezhuang Town of Laishui County, Hebei Province have brutally persecuted Dafa practitioners since 1999. As a result, they have brought about retribution for their actions.
On July 18 of this year, a rare hailstorm about one kilometer [about 0 .63 mile] wide attacked Zhaogezhuang Town and centered on the township government. The shape of the hail varied, and the biggest piece was the size of a peach. The village head was arrested for embezzling public funds. His family bailed him out at 50,000 Yuan [about US$6,250]. Currently, no one is willing to serve as a village leader.
