Dialogue 1: My Sister Also Practices Falun Gong
Practitioner A: There is nothing wrong with old people exercising to keep fit, right? So, why do you always take us to the police station?
Police Officer A: It's not that I want to arrest you. It's the order from the top of the government. I have no choice. If I don't follow their orders, I will get fired and will have no money to support my family. Honestly, I know you are all good people; my sister also practices Falun Gong.

Dialogue 2: You Don't Need to Ask Me, Do You?
Practitioner B: Why are you so surreptitiously arresting people at midnight? Are you afraid of being noticed by the neighbors?
Police Officer B: No, I have never been afraid of anything.
Practitioner B: That's why you are so audaciously doing the wrong thing, because you don't believe the old saying: "Good deeds are met with good rewards, and being evil will be met with evil returns."
Police Officer B: Do you know much about Falun Gong?
Practitioner B: Are you asking me? You have been dealing with Falun Gong practitioners for over a year already. You yourself should know Falun Gong very well. You don't need to ask me, do you?
Police Officer B: (Remained in silence with her head lowered.)

Dialogue 3: People From The Top Government Don't Let Us Know the Truth
Practitioner C: I am coming to see my fellow practitioners, and bring them some preserved vegetables and toilet paper.
Warden A: They have all moved to another place. I've heard that 80% of them have all been transformed and have stopped practicing Falun Dafa now.
Practitioner C: Actually, the truth is that 80% of them are still practicing Falun Dafa. Since you put us together in the same detention center, we have gotten to know each other and have contacts with each other now. [Ironically, this was what the Chinese government didn't want us to do in the first place.]
Warden A: Our supervisors don't let us know the truth by blocking all the news from us. We are forced to watch the propaganda tapes made by the government. I have taken a hard copy of Zhuan Falun. I treasure it very much. I wrapped it with a red-colored cloth and I am reading it everyday. After having met so many of you, I understand that you are all good people. I hope you could help me in the future. I also have some small books of Zhuan Falun. If you need any, I can give you some copies.

Dialogue 4: What Has Gone Wrong with the Government?
Policeman A: I want to change my job.
Policeman B: I thought your job was very good.
Policeman A: My salary was knocked off completely this month, as I didn't arrest enough Falun Gong practitioners.
Policeman B: I see all the Falun Gong practitioners are very kindhearted. I don't know what's gone wrong with the government.

A Kind-Hearted Elderly Lady Harassed by Over-Sensitive Police
It was about 7 o'clock on an evening in November 2000, on her way to visit a relative, an elderly lady (non-practitioner) saw two policemen and she showed a kind smile to the policemen. Unexpectedly, just because of this kind smile, the policemen suspected that she was a Falun Gong practitioner and forced to give her a body search to try and find proof. The old lady protested the policemen's provocation but they replied shamelessly "You think you are a pretty young woman so we want to touch you?" At this time, many people gathered around to see what was happening and they all condemned the despicable and indecent behavior of the policemen..
Then, the policemen lied, saying that the old lady was spreading materials clarifying the truth about Falun Dafa, but of course, they could find no proof. Next, a police car arrived with about 5 or 6 policemen and forced the old lady into the police car. After arriving at a police station, one policeman started to beat her, until another policeman came in to stop the beating. They didn't release her until 11 o'clock in the evening. They even sent plain-clothed policemen to follow her home.
This incident caused very bad psychological damage to the elderly woman. Unfortunately, she had nowhere to appeal but had to swallow this insult. This also created a very bad effect in the society, causing a great amount of fear among the citizens and damaging the image of the government.
