Secretary Han Zuxin from the Discipline Inspection Committee of Nanliu Township, Vice Mayor of Nanliu Township Sun Xigui, and government staff member Li Qiuzhi from Nanliu Township ruthlessly persecuted Dafa practitioners who recently went to Beijing to appeal. First, they detained the practitioners in the town government offices. During the period of detention, they not only tortured Dafa practitioners but also ganged up with over 20 people from the Nanliu Township and 10 people from local villages to ransack and loot practitioners' homes. The people who took part in the looting include government staff member Li Qiuzhi, officers from the Police Substation, Tax Bureau, and Department of Education, the local village secretary, village mayor, members of the village committee, etc. The village secretary and mayor led the lootings. If practitioners' family members questioned or resisted them, they would strike them violently. On the morning of December 21, 2000, Han Zuxin and Li Qiuzhi organized more than 30 criminals to loot practitioners' homes in Nanwanggao Village. Sun Xigui and Li Qiuzhi looted Dafa practitioners' homes in Songjia Village and Houcao Village on December 22.

Nanwanggao Village:

Wang Ruiwen, male, 59. A TV and video camera were plundered. Wang was tortured by 5 or 6 criminals when he tried to explain that the video camera belonged to his neighbor.

Wang Jinquan (Wang Ruiwen's son), male, 33. The criminals broke into his home and grabbed his video camera. His mother (a nonpractitioner) tried to argue with them, but they twisted her arms violently. As a consequence, her arms were seriously injured and could not move.

Wang Mingqian, male, 43. The criminals plundered his pedicab and slapped his face so hard that his nose bled.

Songjia Village:

Song Faguang: one tractor, three sacks of wheat, six sacks of corn, five sacks of peanuts, and two sacks of soybeans were looted.

Song Fayong: one TV, refrigerator, and water pump were looted.

Song Faxiang: one water pump, electric wire of 200 meters, and water hose of 200 meters were looted.

Song Jinglong: eight sacks of wheat and some corn were looted.

Song Peiwu: eight sacks of wheat were looted.

Song Fallian: fined 5000 Yuan RMB [Approximately 10 months' pay for an average urban worker]. Song Falian's wife was detained in the detention center of Anqiu City.

Houcao Village:

Han Dianhui: one tractor and TV were looted.

Han Shouliang: a neighbor's tractor that was parked in Han Shouliang's yard was plundered.

Cao Shiping and Yao Chunguang ruthlessly persecuted Dafa practitioners who recently went to Beijing to appeal. They illegally detained the practitioners in the town government offices. During the period of detention, they not only tortured Dafa practitioners but also ransacked and looted practitioners' homes. On the morning of December 21, 2000, they organized Cao Xihe and Chen Mingwen, along with 20 lawless people from the Police Substation, Judicial Bureau, Tax Bureau, and Village Committee to loot practitioners' homes openly. The Village secretary and mayor led the lootings.

Yu Wenchen, Wang Jiafenzhuang Village, two cassette players, one sack of wheat flour, one sack each of wheat, peanuts, corn, and beans were looted.

Zhang Xiuying, Dongshima Village, was fined 2500 Yuan RMB, and her motorcycle was seized. Her husband (a non-practitioner) was detained.
