Solemn Statement

Those who persecute "Truthfulness-Benevolence-Forbearance" must be evil. Despite the brutal torture forced upon them, Dafa practitioners "never fight back when beaten and never swear back when sworn at." Their compassion and tolerance have moved people throughout the world. However, the evil is taking advantage of practitioners' compassion to persecute people mercilessly. During our detention, we were brutally beaten and not allowed to sleep for several days. Under duress, we wrote so-called "guarantee letters" and "repentance letters," which then were used by the evil to deceive others. Our behavior caused Dafa severe losses. We hereby declare that all the letters, audio and videotapes [made to slander Dafa] are nullified. We will rejoin the Fa-rectification current and redouble our efforts to make up for the losses that we caused Dafa. We will cultivate Dafa forever.
