What: Falun Gong, also knows as Falun Dafa, involves slow, gentle movements and meditation as a means of refining one's mind and body. It originated in China.
Who: It is practiced by people of all ages in 40 countries, and in the Ann
Arbor area. It was introduced publicly in China by Li Hongzhi, who now gives lectures around the world.

Today's events: The convention will continue at the Chemistry Building on
North University. There will be outdoor group practice at a 8 a.m. followed by discussions and instruction until noon.
