Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Chen Lijuan from Chenzhou City, Hunan Province went to Beijing to appeal when she was a student in the Finance Department of Hunan Province Finance Institute. She was expelled from the school due to her firm belief and extorted. Under extreme pressure from the persecution, she suffered a mental collapse and died on November 11, 2004.
