Case Description:
Ms. Ma Jingfang, 59 years old, was a resident of Ande Road, Dongcheng District, Beijing, and a music teacher at Beijing Normal University. She participated in the "April 25" peaceful appeal at Zhongnanhai in 1999. After the persecution began on July 20, 1999, Ms. Ma continued to practice Falun Dafa steadfastly. She went to validate Dafa on Tiananmen Square. She was illegally sentenced to forced labor terms twice. On March 8, 2005, as a result of relentless harassment by the police after police brutality had left her in an extremely weakened physical condition, Ms. Ma died.
