Mr. Wang Jihua was born on June 9, 1964, and was a resident of Tieshui Village, Mizhou Neighborhood, Zhucheng City, Shandong Province. In the Xinghualu Substation, because he firmly believed in "Truthfulness, Compassion, and Tolerance," he was brutally tortured multiple times by police officer Cao Jinhui, among others. On February 25, 2004, he died at home; wounds covered his body.
