Ms. Liu Lian'e from Jinan City, Shandong Province was a steadfast practitioner of Falun Gong. She was harassed constantly by the Neighborhood Administration and local police, and forced to go through brainwashing. The abuse she suffered severely harmed her both mentally and physically. She died on February 23, 2003.
