Ms. Wei Yaxia was born in 1953 and was an employee of the Wuchang City Traffic Control Center in Heilongjiang Province. She was detained in the Wanjia Forced Labor Camp, where she suffered brutal torture. On April 26, 2002, in a new round of arrest, she was found died of falling off the building where she lived.
