Ms. Li Meilan, 43, lived in Shuozhou City, Shanxi Province.
On October 24, 2002, several Dafa practitioners from Emaokou, Huairen County, Shuozhou City, Shanxi Province went to the provincial government building to post truth clarification materials and were arrested at 9:00 a.m. At 4:00 p.m. of the same day, four Dafa practitioners, Yang Yanying, Zhang Aihua, Li Meilan and Xing Yindi, were tortured to death by vicious police with electric batons.
