Case Description:
Mr. Ji Jingcheng, 52, lived in Nanguan District, Changchun City. After July 20, 1999, local police officers broke into his home to search several time. The three family members of Mr. Ji were arrested and tortured. When Mr. Ji was bed-ridden and could not take care of himself due to the persecution, the officers still stayed in his home, plotting to arrest other practitioners who may stop by. As a result, his health worsened rapidly and passed away on August 26, 2002.
