Case Description:
Ms. Liang Xiuzhen was a Falun Dafa practitioner from the Gongnong Team, Hongshan Region, Chifeng City, Inner-Mongolia Autonomous District. She was 50 years old. She was arrested by Chifeng City and State Security Police in May, 2001, while clarifying the truth to people. Police officers Bu Ren and others used electric batons to shock her repeatedly for an entire night, severely damaging her both mentally and physically. She died in March 2002.
