Case Description:
Wang Jingyi, male, 56 years old, was a Falun Gong practitioner from Dong-xi-zhen-li Village in Zhao Township, Wafangdian City, Liaoning Province. In February 2000, a wicked person reported him to the police when he was making Dafa truth-clarifying materials, and he was abducted by police and taken to Wafangdian City Detention Center. In September 2002, he was unlawfully sentenced to a five-year jail term. After only 18 days of being transferred to Liaoyang City's Huazi Jail in Liaoning Province, he was tortured to death on September 21, 2001.
