Ms. Fang Xinzhi, 50, was a practitioner in Xichengzhen Village of Zhengkou Town, Gucheng County, Hebei Province. She was sentenced to three years of forced labor. Due of the long-term persecution by the Chinese Communist Party, and under severe pressure (physical and mental), Ms. Fang Xinzhi became very weak. She died on the morning of November 21, 2007.
