Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Liao Youyuan, an employee of the Hengyang City Instrument and Meter Plant in Changsha City, Hunan Province, was illegally arrested on June 14, 2005, when clarifying the truth. He was sentenced to forced labor and was tortured to death at Xinkaipu Forced Labor Camp on December 18.
