Case Description:
Ms. Zhang learned Falun Gong in 1994. After practicing Falun Gong, she gradually recovered from all her illnesses. She seemed to become a different person. She easily took care of her family and the farm by herself. She could never have imagined this, even in her dreams. Falun Gong gave her a whole new life. Her relatives witnessed the miracle that happened to her and also started practicing Falun Gong. But the cruel persecution instigated by Jiang Zemin caused Ms. Zhang to suffer unbelievable torture that eventually cost her life.
After being persecuted and tortured again and again, Ms. Zhang became very weak. Her body began to swell up from the torture, and she passed away on June 3, 2002.
