Case Description:
(Minghui.org) Ms. Wang Yaxuan was deputy major of Chifeng City in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. She resisted the persecution of Falun Gong and did her best to protect local practitioners targeted for refusing to renounce their faith.
During a public holiday between August and September 1999, Ms. Wang went to visit the Red Mountain Park and died a suspicious death. The local authorities claimed that she fell to her death, but there were many things that didn't add up. Her family suspected that she got killed in the military base located underneath the Red Mountain.
