Case Description:
(Minghui.org) Li Jihua was a Falun Gong practitioner in Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province. When Bao Hongbin served as domestic security office head between 1999 and 2017, he ordered the arrests, detention, and torture of Li on many occassions.
Li later died. The exact timing of the death remains to be investigated.
