Case Description:
Ms. Shao YU'e, 50, lived in Majiazhai Village, Daiwangcheng Town, Wei County, Hebei Province. Before she cultivated in Falun Gong in 1997, she developed severe diabetes. She totally recovered after she cultivated in Falun Gong. In 2000, she,her husband and their son were detained in a middle school in Daiwangcheng Town for promoting Falun Gong and requesting the released of detianed fellow practitioners. They were threatened, mistreated, and fined. Within five years, the staff members of the town goverment broke into her home at night again and again to harass her. As a result, she suffered long-term mental trauma. Her health deteriorated and old disease relapsed. She passed away on the afternoon of April 3, 2005.
