Case Description:
Mr. Liang Guangqing was 71 years old. He was a retiree from the Jianwu Company in Gansu Province. Mr. Liang became healthy after he began to practice Falun Dafa. On February 12, 2000, the police from the Tianshui City Police Department arrested him during a group Fa study session. The police imprisoned and tortured Mr. Liang in the Tianshui City Luergou Detention Center. The police released him after he paid a 2,000 yuan fine. The police frequently visited Mr. Liang's home to harass and threaten him. On January 19, 2004, as a result of the persecution, he passed away.
