Case Description:
(Minghui.org) Mr. Lu Rizhao was a resident of Daan City, Jilin Province. He was arrested in 2003 by officer Chen Yamin and sent to Daan City Detention Center. More than ten inmates yanked his arms hard and his right shoulder became disclocated. He was in excruiating pain but was never rendered medical attention. About six months later, he was sent to Yinmahe Labor Camp to serve a three-year term. He was forced to attend brainwashing sessions and not allowed to sleep in the labor camp. He had become mentally disoriented by the time he was released in 2005.
He died on September 18, 2017, at the age of 69.
