Case Description:
Mr. Zhou Zhibin used to work at the Leyuan Fiscal Department of the Ruichang City of Jiangxi Province. He started to practice Falun Dafa in 1997. After July 20, 1999, he went to Beijing twice to appeal for justice for Falun Dafa. Xu Youchi and Peng Jingcai, officers from the local police station, illegally took him back and sent him to a detention center. Later he was detained at the Jiujiang City Forced Labor Camp for over a year. He was tortured and mistreated for a long period of time, which badly harmed his health. After he was released, he fell ill and died on May 14, 2005.
