Case Description:
Ms. Zhou Fenglian, 64 years old, was a Dafa practitioner from Liaoning Province. She started to practice Falun Gong in 1996. In May 2002, Ms. Zhou was sent to a brainwashing center where she was inhumanly tortured. One month after being sent there, Ms. Zhou died on the way from the brainwashing center to a hospital for emergency care.
