Case Description:
(Minghui.org) Ms. Tang Xixiu was transferred to the prison around November 2014. She soon developed health problems due to abuse. Still guard Tang Anzhi once stripped her to her undergarments in deep winter and ordered her to stand in a room for other inmates to watch.
Li Xiaojuan, education section chief, was holding an inmate meeting in July of this year when she had a slip of the tongue and revealed that Ms. Tang had died.
However, it is unclear where (in or out of prison), when, and how she died.
