Case Description:
Mr. Du Rongcheng, 70 years old, was a former Head of the Traffic Bureau of Fengshun County, Meizhou City, Guangdong Province. After Falun Dafa was banned and its practitioners persecuted, he was detained at the County Detention Center. The local policemen often harassed him, threatened him and kept him under surveillance. He suffered both physically and mentally. As a result, he became ill. In June 2002, he passed away.
