Personnel from the Jiujiang City Police Department's Domestic Security Division arrested Mr. Li from Yongquan Township, Jiujiang County on April 15, 2009. Officers from the Jiujiang County Domestic Security Division and from the county's Yongquan Police Station also participated in the arrest.

A practitioner surnamed Chen was from Weizigou Township, Gongzhuling City. She was arrested and detained because somebody reported her clarifying the facts about Falun Gong over the computer at home.

Police arrested 61-year-old Ms. Li Ruizhen from Laotongyu Village, Baoquan Town, Anqiu City and put her into the city's 610 Office Brainwashing Center on April 10, 2009.

Ms. Jiang Lianxiang, 57 years old, is held in the Yaojia Detention Center in Dalian City. It is heard that personnel from the Baiyunshan Police Station would put her into the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in Shenyang on April 21, 2009.

Three officers from the Taoxu Town Police Station in Mengyin County broke into Mr. Sun Zonguo's Decoration Material Company. They arrested Mr. Sun, beat him and attempted to extort 8,000 yuan from him. His family borrowed 4,500 yuan and paid the police. Mr. Sun was then released, but the police did not give up and harassed the family daily to come up with the remainder of the money.

Several practitioners from Yinan County were arrested in February 2009. Police ransacked the practitioners' homes and confiscated several computers, printers, Dafa books, truth-clarifying materials, CDs and pamphlets.

Landi Town Police Station chief Li Mingsheng, political head Zhang Chunyun and deputy chief Zhang Wei were led by policeman Shi Qiangwen. They broke into Ms. Song Guilan's home in Qijia Village, Landi Town the morning of April 17, 2009. They arrested her, ransacked her home and confiscated Master's lecture tapes and truth-clarifying materials. Ms. Song is held in the Landi Police Station.

Ms. Li Cai'e from Xingzhe Township, the Lintong District, Xi'an City worked in the field on April 13, 2009. Ten policemen arrested her without showing any documents.

Prior to this arrest, the police found Ms. Li's home, climbed over the yard wall and broke in, but found nothing.

Ms. Li Cai'e had been held in a women's prison for one year as of January 10, 2008. She was just released on January 6, 2009, but arrested again two months later.

Six officers from Hetoudian Town Police Station in Laixi City arrested 50-year-old Mr. Li Fayun from Dagouzi Village, Hetoudian Town, Laixi City the night of November 8, 2005. They beat his non-practitioner daughter and baby nephew (under 2 years old) and confiscated money, a motorcycle, Dafa books and truth-clarifying materials.

Mr. Li was put into the Laixi City Detention Center the next day and sentenced to seven years in prison. He is held in the Jinan Prison.

Mr. Li had been held in the Jinan Prison suffering the persecution for over three years. He was extremely week and emaciated.

Engineer Mr. Wang Xin, 35 years old, from Taiyuan City, decided to leave home in August 2001 to avoid further persecution.

Haozhuang Police Station deputy chiefs Li Ruyong and Li Baojun in the Yingze District inTaiyuan City arrested Mr. Wang at noon on June 12, 2008 and placed him into the district's police department detention center. District court officials sentenced him to three years in prison. He is held in the No. 15 Division of the Qi County's Prison.

Police also sentenced Mr. Wang Zhigang to three years in prison, Mr. Zhou Hua to three years and Mr. Liang Linsheng to four years.

A 30-year-old woman practitioner was arrested near the Tongbai Street Cigarette Company in Tongnan County the afternoon of April 14, 2009. Police confiscated her computer and Dafa books.

Ms. Chen Bilan, 60 years old, was arrested from her home, which was ransacked the morning of April 16, 2009.

Nanguan District Court agents put Ms. Gao Shuyu and Ms. Yue Xinying on trial at 9:30 a.m. on April 14, 2009.

Police informed their families of the trial time three days earlier. The officials prevented the lawyers the family had hired to represent their loved ones in court. Court officials issued two tickets for spectators. Consequently, only court agents, procuratorate officials and two relatives attended the trial. Ms. Gao and Ms. Yue were notably thin from poor conditions in detention and were made to wear handcuffs during the trial. The trial lasted about one hour, but no verdict was reached.

Police ransacked Ms. Ronghua's home and confiscated a computer, a printer and some other items on April 15, 2009. Fortunately, she escaped.

Police arrested 40-year-old Ms. Cui Honghua and confiscated a computer and a printer at 6:00 p.m. on April 15, 2009.

Personnel from the Gongzhuling City Domestic Security Division and from the Taojiatun Town Police Station arrested Ms. Li Hui and her husband from Yihe Village, Taojiatun Town, Siping City the morning of April 16, 2009. The police confiscated certain items.

Mr. Chen Hongxiang, a tricycle driver from Fanjiatun Town, Gongzhuling City was deceived into going to the Fanjiatun Police Station. Police arrested him the afternoon of April 15, 2009. They first confiscated the tricycle and then ransacked his home, and also confiscated a motorcycle and a laptop computer.

The police arrested Mr. Shen Baogui, a teacher in the Siping City Agriculture Engineering School, near the Fanjiatun Vegetable Market the morning of April 16, 2009. They ransacked his home and confiscated a desktop and a laptop computer; two cell phones; two private phone books and cash.

Police arrested about 30 practitioners at 10:00 p.m. on April 17, 2009 while they held an experience-sharing meeting. Police then arrested another group of practitioners on April 18, 2009. Two Falun Gong truth-clarifying material production sites in the Xinfu District were damaged. Police arrested Ms. Wang Hongxia and her sister living in the Dongzhou District, Fushun City and confiscated CDs and machines.

Several practitioners were sent into the Fushun City Detention Center the night of April 19, 2009. Police beat Ms. Wang Hongxia. She could not walk. It was heard that Ms. Wang and her sister's cases have been turned over to the Procuratorate.

Personnel from the No. 5727 Factory Police Station arrested 56-year-old Ms. Yin Jinmei from Jiujiang City on February 16, 2009 when she explained the facts about Falun Gong in the factory. Police ransacked her home and put her into the Nanchang Women's Forced Labor Camp.

Ji'an City Police Department's Domestic Security Division chief Yao Xinmeng and about 14 officers from the Liming Police Station arrested Mr. Dong Yanfa and Ms. Guo Xiujian at 7:30 p.m. on April 14, 2009. They confiscated two computers, a CD burner and a printer. Mr. Dong, 52 years old, and Ms. Guo, 50 years old, are held in the city's detention center. This is their third arrest.

Police arrested Ms. Zhang Guirong and Ms. Han Xiaoying from Zhaodong City on April 5, 2009. They are held in a detention center.

Mr. Bai Shunqi was sentenced to four years in prison and is being tortured in the Jidong Prison's No.5 Division. He has been on a hunger strike for two months and shows symptoms of anemia.

Personnel from the Nongan County Political and Security Section and from the Helong Police Station arrested Mr. Duan Lijie, Ms. Duan Liying and Mr. Zhang Zhongliang at 4:00 a.m. on April 11, 2009. They are held in the county's detention center.

Ms. Xiang Zhonglan, 60 years old, is from No. 4 Group, Shi Village, Huayan Town, Tongnan County. She owns a store selling soy sauce and vinegar.

Personnel from the Tongnan County Domestic Security Division and from the Shuangjiang Police Station ransacked Ms. Xiang's store at 10:00 a.m. on July 26, 2008, but found nothing. They then put her into the Shuangjiang Police Station and ransacked her home. Ms. Xiang was eventually transferred into the Tongnan County Detention Center and released a month later, on August 1, 2008.

Ms. Zhong Daxiu, 60 years old, was arrested and held for several hours on July 26, 2008. She was released after being extorted 500 yuan.

Police arrested 40-year-old Mr. Wang Furao from his farm field on April 17, 2009. His home was ransacked, and an MP3 player was confiscated.

Personnel from the Daxiang District Police Department's Domestic Security Division arrested Mr. Gong Deyuan and his wife Ms. Yan Shuzhou and put them into the Shaoyang City No. 2 Detention Center at 6:00 a.m. on April 18, 2009. The police ransacked their home and confiscated a computer, a printer, Dafa books and truth-clarifying materials.

Personnel from the Shuangqing District Police Department's Domestic Security Division arrested Ms. Lei Lihua and put her into the city's No. 1 Detention Center. Personnel from the Beita District Police Department's Domestic Security Division arrested Ms. Wang Wuxiu and put her into the Xinshao County Detention Center. They confiscated a computer, a printer, a CD burner, Dafa books and truth-clarifying materials from her home.

Ms. Zhu Jing, 32 years old and Ms. Li Jingwen are employees from the Xiangtan City Electric Machine Factory. They were arrested and put into the city's Sanjiaoping Detention Center and the city's detention center, respectively, on March 23, 2009.

Yuhu District Court officials put Mr. Xie Wangming and five others on trial on January 4, 2009. They were sentenced on January 23, 2009: Mr. Xie to seven and a half years in prison; Ms. Yang Shunying to three and a half years; Ms. Zhang Yaqin to three years; Mr. Luo Yiming to three and a half years; Mr. Tan Yanjie to three years; and Ms. Lu Xiqiong to one and a half years. Practitioners appealed to the Intermediate Court, but got no response. Mr. Xie was put into the Changde City Prison on March 12, 2009 and Ms. Yang and Ms. Zhang into the Changsha City Women's Prison.

Personnel from the Yuetang District Police Department's Domestic Security Division arrested Ms. Tang Peiheng and Ms. Tao Shuyuan the afternoon of December 19, 2008. The arrest happened when they explained the Falun Gong facts in the city's No.1 Hospital. The two women are held in the city's detention center.

Mr. Zhao Xianghai is still handcuffed and held in the city's Mental Hospital.

Personnel from the Diaobingshan City Police Department arrested 57-year-old Ms. Zheng Yuxiang, 56-year-old Ms. Gao Shuyun and 56-year-old Ms. Chen Xiuxia at 10:00 a.m. on April 15, 2009. The police confiscated the keys to their home and ransacked their places.

Ms. Wang Yinfang from Panzhihua City, living in Chengdu City, was arrested on April 18, 2009.

Police from Chongyi County arrested 60-year-old Ms. Lan Changying and Ms. Zhong Meilian on February 23, 2009 for distributing Falun Gong flyers. The police informed Ms. Lan's family that she would be sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor.

This is the second arrest for Ms. Lan. She had been put into a forced labor camp six months ago. Her family was extorted 6,000 yuan that time.

Police from Zhucheng City arrested Mr. Li Liang from Zhigou Town on March 15, 2009 and later arrested his wife also. Their 16-year-old child is left home alone.

Ms. Zhang Guilan and Ms. Chai Shuzhen from Qianxi City were released on April 12, 2009. Ms. Chen Qing was released on April 11 after being held for 10 days. Mr. Zhang Yinfu was sentenced to two years of forced labor on March 26, 2009 and is held in the Kaiping Forced Labor Camp in Tangshan.

Ms. Ding Limei, born in 1961, lived in Huinanzhuang Village, Dashiwo Town, in the Fangshan District, Beijing. She and another woman practitioner went to appeal in Beijing in March 2001. They have been missing since then.
