(Clearwisdom.net) In order to celebrate the coming World Falun Dafa Day on May 13, more than 6,000 Falun Gong practitioners in Taiwan lined up to form the image of the book Zhuan Falun on May 9. In the afternoon, the 6,000 practitioners did the five Falun Gong exercises in unison and held a grand parade in Eluanbi, Hengchun, and Kenting.
The practitioners did the exercises in slow, smooth motions with peaceful music playing. The sizzling sun and gusting winds did not bother them. Their uniform movements formed an impressive, majestic picture.

It is always spring-like in the historic town of Hengchun in southern Taiwan. Its appearance in the movie Cape No. 7 has made the town a touristic spot in Taiwan, and Falun Gong practitioners came here to celebrate this World Falun Dafa Day. The 300-person Divine Land Marching Band was at the front and back of the parade. In the middle were the waist drum team and various banners.

The parade ended at Caesar's Hotel. One resident of Kenting said that he knew Falun Dafa was practiced around the world and its practitioners were quite friendly. He said that Hengchun was lucky to have the celebration held there.
Eluanbi is at the southern tip of Taiwan and is famous for its tropical landscape, warm ocean breeze, and white lighthouse. It is a popular tourist site. Practitioners did the exercises on the pathway along the trees. When they saw tourists from China, they talked to them about Falun Gong and exposed the persecution.

The Divine Land Marching Band played "Falun Dafa is Good" and "Buddha's Mercy Sacred Music" in front of the Eluanbi Lighthouse. Chinese tourists from Fujian and Shandong provinces were surprised to see this many Falun Gong practitioners.
A lady from China said that it was her first time seeing that many Falun Gong practitioners overseas. She said that the practitioners looked healthy, peaceful and friendly, unlike the propaganda about Falun Gong she has heard in China.
