As a ballet teacher, Ms. Qiu thought in the past that the Chinese folk dance was merely one of the dances. After she watched the Shen Yun show, she understands that Chinese classical dance can convey Chinese culture, "Chinese folk dance is beyond ballet. The male dancers' performance reached the Hollywood standard. The beauty of female dancers and the demonstration of the essence of arts truly touched me. It was really a great show."

Ms. Qiu especially appreciated the dance drama "The Poet's Vision," "I saw the fairies coming down from the backdrop, and then Li Bai danced with the fairies. The male dancer completely demonstrated the Chinese culture, from both the visual and dance perspective. It went beyond my imagination of Chinese classical dance. It was excellent."

From the dancers' facial expressions, she could tell their diligence level and gave her a completely new perspective of Chinese dance, which is also what she most enjoyed and appreciated. Mr. Sun was especially impressed with the backdrops. Dancers emerge from the backdrops, extending the heavenly world to the earthly world onstage, thus merging heaven with humankind. This merging is very appealing and also a breakthrough in art.

Besides, the performers are equipped with many advanced dancing skills. "I was very, very touched while watching the show. I am touched, because I can see the performers' complete devotion to passing down culture."

The Tibetan "Dance of the Snow-Capped Mountain" left him with a deep impression. "Shen Yun demonstrates the essence of Tibetan culture through its dance programs, body language, and movements of the dancers. I think it is very good."

Shen Yun's show combines cultivation of humanity with art based on traditional culture. The programs are presented through dance at a high level. He said, "As far as I am concerned, the whole course of the show reveals the [Buddha] Law on earth."

The show inspired him to understand the true meaning of life, "People say that the Buddha is in our heart. We should cultivate to this realm in the course of our lives."
