Personnel from the Qingyang District Police Department in Chengdu City arrested Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Huang Min near Caotang Road North on the afternoon of March 3, 2007. Ms. Huang has been on a hunger strike since then to protest the persecution, and has become extremely weak. She is now being held in shackles in the district's People's Hospital. She was force-fed through a nasal tube and also given infusions against her will.

2. [Shandong Province] Practitioner Li Xiulan on Hunger Strike
It has been heard that practitioner Ms. Li Xiulan, who was detained in a Dongying City No. 8 Oilfield facility, has been taken to the Jingxia Brainwashing Center. Ms. Li is staging a hunger strike to protest the persecution.
3. [Beijing] Personnel from the Daxing Forced Labor Camp Torture Practitioner Yang Jun and Others
Personnel from the Shuyi District National Security Team and from the 610 Office arrested practitioner Ms. Yang Jun. She is approximately 46 years old, from Mafang Village, Mulin Township in the Shunyi District. The arrest happened on December 25, 2006 at her work place. Ms. Yang was severely tortured following the arrest. Her family visited her at the Daxing Forced Labor Camp Dispatch Division's No. 9 Team on February 5, 2007. She arrived with the support of two people. Ms. Yang told her family right away that the personnel there deprived her of sleep. She asked her family members to expose the evil. The persecutors dragged Ms. Yang back inside after she said that.
In addition, a female practitioner surnamed Wang from Chaoyang District, Beijing, was arrested on the street prior to the 2007 Chinese New Year. She was sentenced to forced labor 38 days later and is also being held at the No. 9 Team. When Ms. Wang's family went to visit her, she pointed at the policemen and told her family that they bullied her. The phone she was using to communicate through the glass partition was immediately disconnected when she spoke out.

5. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Persecution of Practitioner Wang Feizhou at the Dadong District Detention Center
Practitioner Mr. Wang Feizhou, 39 years old, was arrested on March 2, 2005 while distributing VCDs of theNine Commentaries on the Communist Party to people. He was then locked into Rooms 4 and 5 of the No. 3 Ward, at the Dadong District Detention Center in Shenyang City. Mr. Wang went on a hunger strike for six days in protest. Guard Li Fengbao ordered a criminal called Qu Liu and others to torture Mr. Wang. The criminals fed him forcibly with coarse salt mixed with a little water. The salt got into his trachea. Mr. Wang vomited blood so severely that he was on the brink of death. He was sent to the district's No. 1 People's Hospital for emergency treatment. Mr. Wang was later transferred to the Dongzhan Hospital, affiliated with the No. 1 People's Hospital, and stayed there for 22 days. Despite his condition, the police monitored him daily and handcuffed one of his feet to the hospital bed. The detention center officials did not inform Mr. Wang's family of his situation. They were eventually forced to pay over 8,000 yuan for medical expenses. Mr. Wang was sent to the Shenxin Forced Labor Camp for a three-year term as soon as he had somewhat recovered.
Liaoning University Police Division personnel also arrested Wang Feizhou's 35-year-old wife. The arrest took place while she was distributing truth-clarifying information at the university on November 19, 2004. Personnel from the Huanggu District Taishan Police Station beat her ruthlessly. She went on a hunger strike and was eventually sent to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp for two years of forced labor. She has now been released.

Practitioner Mr. Zheng Haitao was arrested in the Tongzhou District, Beijing on February 5, 2007. He was held at the district's detention center, but since then there has been no more information from him.

10. [Zhijiang City, Hunan Province] Supplemental Information Regarding Practitioner Yang Yinhua's and Her Husband's Arrest
Practitioner Ms. Yang Yihua and her non-practitioner husband Mr. Yao Yuansheng were both 69 years old. They had shown a Falun Gong truth-clarifying video for some people when they attended a relative's wedding party at Luojiu Tuqiao Township in Zhijiang City on March 22, 2007. Someone reported this to the police. 610 Office personnel went to the township in an attempt to arrest the couple the next morning, but the couple had already left. About a dozen people from the 610 Office went to the home of the couple's son in Huaihua City. The son was on a business trip, but the son's workplace provided the couple's address. About a dozen people from the 610 Office, the police department, and the Political and Judiciary Committee broke into the couple's home and ransacked the place on March 24, 2007. They confiscated all Dafa books and materials. They arrested the couple and took them to the Zhijiang City Detention Center.

Practitioner Mr. Hou Haiping from Handan City was arrested at the end of March 2007. She is being held at the city's No. 2 Detention Center.
Practitioner Mr. Yang Hongbin was arrested March 30, 2007. His wife, practitioner Ms. Zhu Baohong, chose to leave home to avoid further persecution and arrest.
12. [Fenxi County, Shanxi Province] Police Arrest Seven Practitioners
Police from Xi County arrested seven practitioners from Fenxi County at the entrance to Lingshang Village in Xi County at 10:00 p.m. on February 27, 2007. The practitioners are Ms. Guo Jiming, Ms. Hou Baoliang, Ms. Yang Yu'ai, Ms. Zhang Xuelian, Ms. Xiu'ai, Ms. Guizhen and Ms. Yuxiu. They are all housewives, about 40 to 60 years old. The police held them separately in Gu County, Houma County, Xiangfen County, Quwo County and Hongtong County. Practitioner Ms. Guo, in her 60s, was sent home from a detention center when she was tortured to a perilous condition. The six other practitioners are still being held.

13. [Tianjin] Practitioner Dou Tianying Arrested and Sentenced to Forced Labor
Practitioner Ms. Dou Tianying, 57 years old, from Dongdatao Village, Shiqiao Township, Baodi County, Tianjin was arrested before the 2007 Chinese New Year when distributing truth-clarifying materials at Baodi County. She has been sentenced to forced labor, to be served at Daguang Forced Labor Camp in Tianjin.
14. [Qingyuan County, Hebei Province] Practitioner Zhang Xiaoli Persecuted to a State of Mental Collapse
Personnel from the Donglu Township Government arrested practitioner Ms. Zhang Xiaoli on September 27, 2004 for practicing Falun Gong. They put her into the Qingyuan County Brainwashing Center that same night. Ms. Zahng was sentenced to three years of forced labor on November 5, 2004 because she refused to give up practicing Falun Gong. Ms. Zhang was taken to the Baoding City No. 252 Hospital for an ultrasound examination in June 2005 and was found to have a uterine tumor, a tumor in her ovary, pelvic cavity fluid, and an ovarian cyst.
Ms. Zhang suffered a mental collapse in June 2006. Her husband visited her on March 15, 2007, and she was already showing symptoms of a mental disorder due to the stress of the persecution.
15. [Anyang City, Henan Province] Persecution of Practitioner Li Aiying
At 6:00 a.m. on March 30, 2007, personnel from the Wenfeng District National Security Division went to practitioner Ms. Li Aiying's home in Anyang City and waited outside. When Ms. Li's son opened the door to leave for school, the police grabbed him, found the key to the home and entered. They confiscated a computer, a printer, and some other items. They forcibly took Ms. Li to the district's police department. They also ransacked the homes of Ms. Li's sister and some other practitioners. Ms. Li's sister was released that same morning.

The police arrested two practitioners from the Politics Section and from the Security Section, respectively, at the Pingtang's Xinsheng Cement Factory in Wangcheng County, Hunan Province on March 18, 2007. The two practitioners are being held at the factory.

Police from Huangguang City arrested practitioners Ms. Duan Guofang, Ms. Xia Juhua, and Ms. Wei Hefen from Huangguang City around the 2007 Chinese New Year. They also extorted money from the practitioners' families. Ms. Duan's family was extorted for 8,000 yuan, and Ms. Xia and Ms. Wei's families were extorted 4,000 yuan.

The police arrested practitioner Mr. Li Zhenbo from Xiangshan District in Beijing on the night of September 13, 2006. Li Zhenbo is presently being held at 25 Longguang Street, Qinghe Town in the Haidian District, Beijing.

Six officers from the Yuhong District Huanghai Police Station in Shenyang City arrested six practitioners including Ms. Chen Guiqing at her home on April 2, 2007. Ms. Chen is presently being held at the city police department's detention center.

Personnel from Taobei District and from the Baicheng City National Security Teams arrested practitioner Mr. Liu Yong, a teacher from the city's Public Transportation System School on April 2, 2007, while he was at work. They also ransacked his home.
27. [Tancheng County, Shandong Province] Practitioner Wang Mingcai Arrested
Practitioner Mr. Wang Mingcai, in his 60s, from Tancheng County was arrested at Xinyi City in Jiangsu Province on March 2, 2007. His son was sentenced to five years of forced labor and is still being held. His wife has mental problems, and the family is leading a difficult life.
28. [Shandong Province] Deplorable Crimes at the Weifang Area 610 Office – Belated News
Personnel from the Weifang Area 610 Office recently started to send all those practitioners whose forced labor terms had expired to a local brainwashing center for further persecution.
Local 610 Office personnel brutally tortured practitioner Mr. Yue Xiwen from Tancheng County, Linyi City during his detention in 2005. As a result of the torture, his ears were bleeding and he eventually became deaf.
Zhaoyuan City practitioner Ms. Yang Wenjie's three-year forced labor term expired in 2005. Personnel from the city's 610 Office took her back from the forced labor camp but still held her because she did not give up Falun Gong. They didn't release Ms. Yang even when her father passed away and her mother lay paralyzed in bed. Instead, they often beat her and hung her up for days. Ms. Yang Wenjie still did not renounce her belief, so 610 Office personnel sent her to the Wangcun Women's Forced Labor Camp again. When the forced labor camp officials refused to admit Ms. Yang, the 610 Office agents told the Shandong Province Forced Labor Administration Bureau to approve the admission. They even put Ms. Yang into the men's labor camp for persecution.

30. [Linwu City, Ningxia] Practitioner Lu Ling's Salary Suspended for Practicing Falun Gong – Belated News
Practitioner Mr. Lu Ling, a teacher at the Linwu City Second Elementary School, was forced to leave the school in September 2004 for practicing Falun Gong. His salary had been suspended from then until February 2006. Mr. Lu went back to the school to return to work on March 2, 2006.
31. [Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Peng Guangzhen Arrested for Appealing for Her Son
Because of appealing for her unlawfully-sentenced son, Dafa practitioner Mr. Xu Langzhou, his mother, practitioner Ms. Peng Guangzhen from Panzhihua City was arrested at her daughter's home on March 28, 2007. Several plainclothes agents took her back to her rental home and ransacked it, but they didn't find anything. Ms. Peng's current whereabouts are unknown.32. Practitioner Ms. Wu Yumei and Ms. Zhang Yanru from the Yichun District in Yichun City were arrested when they were distributing truth-clarifying materials in the Guangming Community on March 31, 2007. The police also ransacked their homes. They sent Ms. Zhang back to the Wumahe District. Both practitioners' whereabouts are unknown.

Personnel from the Eastern Suburban Police Department ransacked the home of practitioner Ms. Zong Guohua on March 29, 2007. Ms. Zong is an employee of the No. 1 Senior Center at the Hongyang Street Civil Administration.
34. [Guizhou Province] Situation of Practitioners Arrested by Qianling Park Police Precinct Agents
Personnel from the Qianling Park Police Precinct arrested seven practitioners, charging them with meeting each other at the park on the morning of October 2, 2006. One of the practitioners has been sentenced to forced labor, because police found a copy of the Zhengjian Weekly and "Minghui Weekly." Another practitioner, Ms. Luo Guixian, nearly 80 years old, was sent back home that afternoon but was severely traumatized. She passed away at the end of January 2007. The remaining five practitioners have been under surveillance since then.
Personnel from the police precinct searched another two practitioners' bags and afterwards ransacked their homes on January 21, 2007.

Practitioner Mr. Yang Chengshan is from the Acheng District in Harbin City and is presently being held at the district's No.1 Detention Center. The court agents commenced a trial for him on March 5, 2007 and sentenced him to 12 years of imprisonment two weeks later.

Ms. Wang Ruilan is being held at Shijiazhuang City.
Mr. Zhang Wanmin is being held at a brainwashing center. Langfang City 610 Office personnel said they would release him as long as they receive money.
38. [Heilongjiang Province] Recent Circumstances of Practitioners Held at the Wanjia Forced Labor Camp's No. 12 Division
Twenty-eight practitioners are being held at the 12th Division at the Wanjia Forced Labor Camp. They are forced to do heavy work and have to recite so-called camp rules daily. It was heard that practitioners in the No. 12 Division and No. 13 Division would be transferred to the Qianjin Forced Labor Camp at the end of April or the beginning of May 2007. Practitioners who were formerly held at the Wanjia Forced Labor Camp's No. 7 Division are presently held at the Qianjin Forced Labor Camp.
