Can We Allow the Treacherous To Run The Nation?

(Clearwisdom.net) Over two thousand years ago, Shang Yang (390?-338 B.C.) advocated the doctrine "let the treacherous rule the kindhearted." He stated in "Shangjunshu" (Shang's Article) that a nation governed by good people resulted in chaos and destruction, while a nation led by the treacherous would become strong and well ruled. Shang Yang proposed to have gangsters and criminals govern the common people, to have the wicked ward off the kindhearted, and that this was the only way to maintain a dictatorship for criminals.

(Clearwisdom.net) On December 21, 2006, a bulletin was published in the “Special Edition of Stern Punishments by the Wei County Public Security Bureau.” The bulletin was about the vicious deeds of the police from the Wei County Public Security Bureau arresting practitioner Miao Jianhua and ransacking her home. (Clearwisdom.net) Starting from the beginning of 2007, New Tang Dynasty TV's (NTDTV) Divine Performing Arts Troupe has visited more than 20 cities in North America, Europe, Japan and Australia, presenting more than 50 performances of the Chinese New Year Spectacular. Portraying the profound traditional Chinese culture, the Spectacular has captivated the hearts of the audience and garnered rave reviews. From April 7 to 21, the Troupe will perform in Taipei, Tainan, Taichung, Kaohsiung and Chiayi.
