At 4:30 p.m. on December 21, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Lin Jinjuan was arrested from her home in Shanghai. It is said that the cause for arrest was that she wrote truth-clarification messages on paper currency.

Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Wang Xifeng is an employee of the Hefei City Education Institute. She and two fellow practitioners Mr. Xu Bujun and his wife were forcefully taken to Xinyu Brainwashing Class by 610 Office agent Wang Lu and others.

Another Falun Dafa practitioner, Ms. Wu Xiaohua (an employee of Anhui Province Building Engineering Institute), was forcefully taken to a mental hospital.

At around 6 p.m. on January 1, 2007, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Wang Qicai returned home from taking her child to an evening class. She saw more than ten plainclothes policemen and a locksmith trying to open her door. They stormed into her house, took her Falun Dafa books, mp3 player, an exercise tape, and 3000 yuan cash. They said that Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Li Peihong was arrested in Dezhou City.

Around December 20, 2006, policemen from Weicheng Station also came to her house looking for Ms. Li Peihong; Ms. Wang Qicai did not let them in.

From 2001 to 2004, officials in Xingmin Village forced Falun Dafa practitioners to sign their names on the guarantee statement, or otherwise they would not be paid their retirement salaries. The village government is now organizing a patrol team to monitor Falun Dafa practitioners. Zhao Xijun (male) is in charge.

Around December 10, 2006, truth clarifying banners appeared on the street of Liquan County, Xianyang City. They said, "Heaven Destroys the CCP, Quit to be Saved." On December 24, 2006, police officers from the County Department arrested Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhao Yan, who later escaped. At around December 27, 2006, another Falun Dafa practitioner, Mr. Chen Wujun, was arrested.

Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Zou Yugui from Yitulihe Town is an employee of Yitulihe Town Housing Management Office. He has been mistreated and harassed by the Hailar Railroad 610 Office (under Police Department) many times.

On November 14, 2006, Mr. Zou Yugui was arrested and taken to the Hailar City Police Department from his workplace. His family bailed him out. His employer will not allow him live in his rental house and is forcing him live at the workplace, with two people watching him closely 24 hours a day. He was not allowed to go home even on the New Year holiday.

Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Lei Yinzhi lives in the Provincial Government Compound family housing located at Shuiguo Lake, Wuchang District, Wuhan City. She is formerly an office head in the Hubei Province Women's Association. She was forced to retire early because she practiced Falun Dafa and was arrested on December 29, 2006. We heard that she is now detained in the Dongxihu District Police Department.

There was an evil plan try to arrest five Falun Dafa practitioners before January 10, 2007 in each police station. Four practitioners including Ms. Qing (first name unknown), Chen (first name unknown, gender unknown), Ms. Wang Yufen, and Ms. Xu Jixiu are detained in the Taoxi Street Police Station. Another practitioner, Ms. Li Ruixian, is detained in Xinhong Street Police Station.

Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Wang Zhaolan is a retired employee of the Beijing Normal University. On December 28, 2006, she was arrested from her home by policemen from the Sijiqing Township Station. She was taken to Qinghe Police Station along with her husband, who is not a practitioner. She is still detained there.

Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Jing Zhimei, 35, lives in Zhenqingzhai Village, Nanliyue Township, Quzhou County. On the evening of December 27, 2006, when she was cooking dinner, the Township 610 Office agent Fan Junxing, Official Zheng Jianping, and two employees of the Birth Control Office deceived her into coming out of the house and forcefully took her directly to Handan City Labor Camp.

Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Liang Xiaoguang lives in Tiedong District, Siping City. Policemen from the Zhengyang Street Station in Luyuan District, Changchun City had him sentenced to 18 months of forced labor. He is now detained in the Second Ward of the Heizuizi Labor Camp.

At around 11 p.m. on December 24, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioners Ms. Ao Baobi (a teacher in the Donghua Elementary) and her mother Hu Songmei were both arrested from their home by policemen of the 610 Office and State Security Division. The next morning, another practitioner, Ms. Liang Yanlan, was also arrested. The police took practitioner Mr. Zhang Mou's computer (who is a Chengxi Middle School Physical Education teacher). Ms. Ao Baobi and Ms. Liang Yanlan are detained in the Baisha Detention Center. Ms. Hu Songmei was released.

Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Dan Xiude, a professor in Wuhan City, visited her nephew's house on Limin Street, Fangting Town, Shifang City, Sichuan Province. On August 6, 2005, during her visit, Shifang City State Security Agents and 610 Office agents sawed open the house security gate and arrested her. She was then detained in the Shifang City Detention Center. They took away her computer, printer, and other items.

For over a year of detention, Ms. Dan Xiude was both mentally and physically tortured. The Detention Center guards forced her to remove all of her dentures, causing her to not be able to chew her food, but only swallow. Her hair turned white in one year.

In August 2006, Ms. Dan Xiude was sentenced to three years of forced labor. She appealed, and she is now waiting for the second trial.

Other Falun Dafa practitioners detained in Shifang City Detention Center are Ms. Liu Jiahua (a teacher employed by the Shifang City Vocational School), practitioner Kang (first name and gender unknown) from Majing Town, and Ms. Jiang Zhifang and practitioner An (first name and gender unknown) both from Xigao Town (in Guanghan City).

On December 29, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Liu Chengbi, 50, was arrested when passing out truth clarifying materials, and she is now detained in the Wenjing District Detention Center.

On November 14, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Yang Wenmei from Gulin County went to Xingmin Town Area in Xishui County to pass out truth clarifying materials. She was arrested and detained in the Xishui County Detention Center.

On October 29, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Yang Lihua was forcefully taken to the Tangxunhu Brainwashing Class by policemen from the Wuhan City Police Department. She refused to cooperate with the evil, and she was transferred to another brainwashing class in Wuhan City. Her whereabouts are currently unknown.

On August 14, 2004, Peishan Town Police Station Head Liang Jianhua (male) led a group of policemen to try to ransack Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhang Shiying's home, but they were stopped by her family members. On August 15, 2004, Liang Jianhua led Yi County State Security Agent Tian Guojun (male) and others to try to ransack Ms. Zhang's home again, and they were resisted by her whole family again. Her son was beaten and chased by policemen. Her husband, Mr. Ma Dengjiang, was arrested and taken to the Peishan Town Police Station, where he was brutally beaten by Liang Jianhua. Later, Mr. Ma Dengjiang was detained for 15 days in the Yi County Detention Center and illegally fined 500 yuan. Policeman Liang Jianhua also demanded a 30 yuan pack of cigarettes from Ms. Zhang Shiying's family through the Peishan Village Head.

Around 4 p.m. on December 22, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioners Mr. Jin Chengshan and Ms. Jiao Xiaohua from Hulan District, Harbin City were arrested at their home. Arrested along with them was practitioner Jiao Xin, who has leg disabilities, and he is now detained in Harbin City Police Hospital.

Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Liang Shuhou, in his 70s, lives in Gaozhou City, Guangdong Province. He and his wife were both arrested and detained for 15 days in 2001 because they participated in the Experience Sharing in Maoming City Region. They have lost the ability to hold group Fa study and their group exercise environment ever since.

Around 4 p.m. on December 18, 2006, Gaozhou City State Security Agent Zhan Jie (male), police Officer He Sheng (male), and three other officers stormed into Mr. Liang Shuhou's home and took away their satellite dish system and Falun Dafa books and materials. They took Mr. Liang into custody for one day. They interrogated him and threatened him in order to find out the source of the materials. They also threatened Mr. Liang's daughter-in-law, saying that if they could not find Mr. Liang's wife (who is also a practitioner), they would keep coming to their home. They said that Mr. Liang must sign a guarantee statement before they would released him.
