Falun Dafa practitioners Ms. Zhang Zhanping, 41 years old, Ms. Liu Huiying, 43, and Mr. Zhang Fushou, 67, were reported to the police while they were posting truth clarifying materials. They were reported by Liu Shangxin, male, the head of the Paifang Township Department of Armed Forces. At around 10:00 p.m. on April 19, 2006, Shi Xiaohui, male, the instructor of the Miaoba District Police Station, as well as other officers--over 10 in total--arrested these practitioners and sent them to the Dazhu County National Security Bureau. They have been illegally detained at the Dazhu County First Detention Center for nearly four months.
