Why the China International Transplantation Network Assistance Center's Chinese Web Page Was Removed (Photos)
(Clearwisdom.net) A great deal of evidence indicates that the China International Transplantation Network Assistance Center (CITNAC), located in Shenyang City, is closely connected to the organ translplant atrocities at Sujiatun. Recently, we made a discovery. Internet archives reveal that the Chinese web page that the center used in 2003, and its updated web page in 2005, was removed immediately after the Sujiatun massacre came to light (Please find the archive link for both old and new web pages at the end of this article). As we look into this international window that solicits business, we feel keenly the robust atmosphere of the giant live organ trading market that was linked to CITNAC at that time.
Relying on this huge resource for live organs provided by the concentration camps run by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), major Chinese hospitals quickly rose above their international competitors. They helped carry out the CCP's genocidal policies while making huge profits. They don't take any risks or face any responsibility, as long as they follow the ruler's will while seeking the sudden and huge profits without any investment. The removed Chinese web pages thoroughly reveal specific traits: When faced with this sudden prospects of "human blood gold," from the officials to the average workers in the medical system, the excitement, nervousness and greed are clearly seen on the web pages' contents. Under the current circumstances, certain information on these web pages is sufficient to stand as proof of their criminal activities. Now, let us take a brief look at what was really written on the web pages that were urgently removed.
Photo 1. "The ability to complete so many transplant surgeries is inseparable from the support of the Chinese government"
The section titled "the actual situation of organ transplant in China" points out, "Right now, the number of transplant surgeries completed in China each year is next only to the US, therefore China can be called the second largest transplant country in the world. More than 35,000 kidney transplants alone have been carried out in official hospitals in 29 provinces, cities and autonomous regions. Throughout the country, as many as [sic] more than 5,000 kidney transplant surgeries are carried out annually. The ability to complete so many transplant surgeries is inseparable from the support of the Chinese government. On October 9, 1984, the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Health, and Ministry of Civil Affairs jointly announced related laws, which validates that providing organs is an act supported by the government." "This is the one and only in the world..." (See photo 1)
This shocking paragraph exposes many facts:
1. "The ability to complete so many transplant surgeries is inseparable from the support of the Chinese government"
What enabled China to become the second largest transplant nation in the world? "As many as more than 5,000 kidney transplants are performed each year."
Calculating the total amount by six years since the Jiang and Luo groups have persecuted Falun Gong, more than 30,000 transplants surgeries have been performed, which is 85% of the 35,000 such surgeries that the CCP had completed in the history of its rule. In other words, the CCP regime rose to become the second largest organ transplant country, next only to the US during the same time as the period of Jiang's persecution of Falun Gong. This is a hard fact, and the two things certainly have an intrinsically direct relation.
Persecution and organ transplants both deal with people. One is to lock people up, and the other is to cut people open. Who bridges the two to make the connection? CITNAC's explanation gives a clear answer, "The ability to complete so many transplant surgeries is inseparable from the support of the Chinese government."
2. "This is the one and only in the world"
Photo 2. "Viscera providers can be found immediately!"
The support of the CCP regime in fact legalizes stealing organs: "...jointly announced related laws on October 9, 1984, which validates that providing organs is an act supported by the government." "This is the one and only in the world."
The so-called 1984 law that "validates that providing organs is an act supported by the government" is precisely what was recently mentioned in a veteran military doctor's testimony from Shenyang City, "This practice was established by a legal document that the Chinese Communist Party's Central Military Committee established as early as 1962. This practice continues to this day. According the regulations in the document, death penalty prisoners and felons convicted of serious crimes may be processed in a revolutionized manner according to the developmental needs of the state and of socialism;" "According to the additional regulation in 1984, it became legal to transplant organs from felons;" "Since 1992, such a practice in fact has become completely publicized. Due to the development of many related businesses, human bodies--living or dead--have become valuable raw material for industry resources."
The web page states that in 1992, CITNAC helped the First Affiliated Hospital of the China Medical University, where CITNAC based itself, to establish its own Organ Transplantation Section.
The CCP has never been lenient. The number of executed prisoners varies from year to year; however, in 2002, the aforementioned Organ Transplant Section suddenly became the Transplantation Institute and was later approved as the Shenyang City Multi-Organ Technology Research Center, and Liaoning Province Organ Transplantation Key Laboratory. At the time, many agencies that perform organ transplants then suddenly appeared like bamboo shoots from the ground after a spring rain.
According to the veteran military doctor, "The Chinese Communist Party Central Committee decided to treat Falun Gong practitioners as 'class enemies' and handle them in any manner that is profitable for the needs of economic development."
The 1984 law was therefore expanded after Jiang Zemin started persecuting Falun Gong in July 1999, to include Falun Gong practitioners as class enemies and felons. Harvesting organs from Falun Gong practitioners therefore became "legalized." Concentration camps throughout China at that time were newly established according to Jiang's orders. They held many steadfast practitioners and practitioners who refused to tell their names and addresses. These practitioners were the primary targets for live organ harvesting performed by medical institutions.
3. "A transplant aid organization specifically for foreign friends"
Similar to many other countries in the world, lack of donor organs is a fact of life in China. For kidneys, in particular, the ratio of those who receive matching organs and those who are waiting for organs is about 1:100, which means donor kidneys are far from enough. Chinese patients usually wait from six months to a year for a matching kidney, and foreigners wait for an even longer period of time in their own countries.
At that time, a strange thing happened: foreigners could not get a kidney in their own countries, but they could quickly obtain one after they came to China--so quickly, in fact, that the foreigners were in disbelief. The waiting time in China is usually one week to one month for a kidney transplant, while the maximum wait time for a liver transplant is only two months. This is a promise that the 2003-established CITNAC made everywhere on its website.
CITNAC is located at the Transplantation Institute of the First Affiliated Hospital of the China Medical University. The website claims to be "a transplant aid organization specifically for foreign friends." But in fact, CITNAC is lusting after foreigners' big money. CITNAC admitted that it is associated with three renowned hospitals -- the First Affiliated Hospital of the China Medical University, the Chaoyang Hospital in Beijing and the Zhongshan Affiliated Hospital of Fudan University in Shanghai. These three hospitals actually share the living organ bank with CITNAC. There are at least four agencies in Japan that correspond with the CITNAC. This is a "national" system that covers the whole nation and extends beyond China's borders. Recently, the "Organ Transplantation Coordination Group" was established for three northeastern provinces (Liaoning, Heilongjiang and Jilin). This is a measure the system is using to hasten to harvest organs and destroy evidence.
The CITNAC first chose Japan and in 2003 promoted its website in Japanese, Chinese, and English, which shocked Japanese society. "Every month, through our center, about two Japanese patients come to China to receive transplants; this contact work is forbidden in Japan" (Excerpt from CITNAC web page). Japanese people came, the big profits came. Thereafter, the scope of the propaganda expanded. In 2004, Korean and Russian versions of the website emerged. The FAQ section was expanded from the original 3 online questions to include 61 questions and answers. In order to avoid suspicion, the word "offer" on the original English web page was changed to "donor." The detailed FAQ included everything from roundtrip airplane schedules, accommodations, to tricks one can use to get a visa. It even advertised a start-to-finish service program.
The opening sentence on their web page clearly revealed their money-grabbing mentality: "Viscera providers can be found immediately! Please contact us before the state of your illness gets worse."
Yes, it's indeed quick to find organs only in China, since the persecution and concentration camps exist only in China. Only here in China do they have the policy "beating to death is nothing," which resulted in "unidentified" Falun Gong practitioners.
"[This is] a legally established organization that can contact hospitals, but not an intermediary"
When asked about the nature of CITNAC, the answer is, "This center is not an intermediary, we are a legally established organization that can contact hospitals and set up transplants in accordance with Chinese law." (Excerpt from Q&A group Section 1, "What is the purpose of this center?") "This support network center is not a non-profit organization and charges service fees similar to hospitals." (Excerpt from No. 4, regarding "The process flow related to receiving transplantations in China")
It's obvious that CITNAC is in fact colluding with transplant hospitals and is well aware of the internal facts about the transplants. Out of the profit motive, and concerned only with profit, they have become accomplices in a gruesome genocide of a group of good people. Their names are listed on the web page, such as in the "Introduction of Doctors" column. How do they still dare to leave their names on the web page? It's a good idea to write down these names. Some of these doctors specialize in "liver removal." They are all murder suspects and are certainly aware of the dark truth. Not only will people bring them to justice, but the CCP might also kill them at any time to eliminate evidence, so their fate is actually pitiful, as they will not live long. They have to make quick decisions to leave the tiger's den and testify about these crimes before they will have a future.
