3. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Mr. Zhang Shuangyong Severely Persecuted by 610 Office Agents
The 610 Office of the Fengrun National Security Bureau of Tangshan City illegally interrogated Mr. Zhang Shuangyong for information about the location of truth-clarifying materials production sites.

5. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Mr. Bi Wucheng Imprisoned
Mr. Bi Wucheng, forty-three years old, an engineer from the Jinzhou District Construction Company of Dalian City, has been detained illegally many times. He was illegally sentenced to Dalian Forced Labor Camp. At noon on February 23, 2003, he was arrested and sentenced to seven years. Currently he is jailed at Team Five of the Liaoning Provincial Jail and is being abused daily.
6. [Yushu City, Jilin Province] Dafa Practitioner Mr. Yang Zhanjiu Is Being Severely Persecuted. His Wife Ms. Li Shuhua Was Persecuted to Death
Mr. Yang Zhanjiu’s wife, Ms. Li Shuhua was persecuted to death by the Yushu City Detention Center, Jilin Province. Mr. Yang Zhanjiu left two children ages fourteen and fifteen years old in the care of their aging grandmother and grandfather.
On October 13, 2006, Mr. Yang Zhanjiu was persecuted so severely by the Shiling Jail at Siping, that he was unable to stand. He is extremely weak, and he had to be carried out by the police to see his mother.
7. [Hengshui City, Hebei Province] A Practitioner and Her Daughter Arrested
In the afternoon on October 12, 2006, two Dafa practitioners who are mother and daughter were reported to the police when they were clarifying the truth at Dengzhuang Village, Taocheng District, Hengshui City, Hebei Province. As a result, they were arrested by the police from the Dengzhuang Village Police Substation. In the same afternoon, the daughter phoned her father. When her father went to the police substation to look for them, the police said that they had escaped. After one whole day, neither the mother or the daughter have come home. Since October 14, the father has also been missing.
8. [Benxi City, Liaoning Province] The Persecution of Practitioner Wang Fenghua
Ms. Wang Fenghua, a practitioner who was 62 years old, was reported to the police while she was handing out truth-clarifying materials in Nanfen District in July 2001. As a result, she was arrested by the Guojia Police Substation. The next day, her home was searched.
After Ms. Wang Fenghua was dragged to the Nanfen Criminal Police Station, and her hands were handcuffed to the bed rails. Her left foot was bound with shackles. A policeman slapped the woman's face repeatedly, and as a result her face was misshapen and her mouth bled. Another policeman beat this woman, using a electric baton in the mouth, top of her head, underarms, legs and neck. After over ten hours of the beating the she lost consciousness and was delusional.
When policeman Yu Hong was alone in the cell with Ms. Wang Fenghua, he pulled her head back by the hair, then smashed her head hard against the bed. In the process he pulled a lot of hair out of her head. He even shamefully tore open her clothes and pinched her nipples.
9. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Dafa Practitioner Mr. Tie Zhijie Arrested
On July 25, 2006, while Mr. Tie Zhijie was working, the Party Secretary Hua Shijun of the Shicai Branch Company asked Mr. Tie Zhijie to come to his office. When he entered the office, policeman Dong Lixin and Zhao Jianbo were there also. They immediately arrested Mr. Tie and detained him at the Chengfeng Public Security Sub-bureau. Mr. Tie Zhijie was released because of his righteous thoughts. He since had to leave his home to avoid arrest.
In the evening on October 6, Mr. Tie Zhijie was again arrested. Dong Lixin was one of the policemen who arrested him. Mr. Tie Zhijie is currently being held at the Dulitun Detention Center at Ranghulu District, Daqing City.
10. [Shulan City, Jilin Province] Mr. Chen Jinfang and Other Practitioners Arrested
In the evening on October 12, 2006, several policemen from Xihe Township Police Substation of Shulan City broke into the homes of Mr. Chen Jinfan and a female practitioner and arrested them. They also illegally searched their homes. Currently these two practitioners are being detained and persecuted at the Nanshan Detention Center of Shulan City.
11. [Shulan City, Jilin Province] Dafa Practitioner Mr. Ma Tiesong Arrested by Officers from Kaiyuan Police Substation
On October 8, 2006 at 8:00pm, a group of policemen from the Kaiyuan Police Substation of Shulan City broke into Mr. Ma Tiesong’s home. They found and took Zhuan Falun and a small photo of Master Li before they arrested Mr. Ma Tiesong. He is detained at the Kaiyuan Police Substation.
12. [Zhuolu County, Hebei Province] The Persecution of Mr. Zhang Jun
Mr. Zhang Jun, a practitioner from Xiguan Village, Zhuolu Town, Zhuolu County, Hebei Province was arrested by policeman Wang Baoguo while he was posting truth-clarifying posters beside the Zhuolu Town government building on September 30, 2006. He has been detained at the Zhuolu County Detention Center for ten days. Mr. Zhang Jun was not released until the police of the National Security Team of the Zhuolu County Public Security Bureau extorted 1,450 yuan from his family.

13. [Shulan City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Mr. Zhang Zhonghua Arrested
At around 7:00pm on October 10, 2006, Director Yan of Nancheng Police Substation of Shulan City, and two other policemen, broke into Mr. Zhang Zhonghua’s home, illegally searched his home and took away many valuables. After that, they arrested him and sent him to the Nanshan Detention Center of Shulan City for further persecution.
14. [Longjiang County, Heilongjiang Province] On September 15, 2006, Ms. He Shuhua Was Arrested. She Is Currently Being Detained at the Longjiang County Detention Center

At Jinghai County Detention Center of Tianjin City, there are five Dafa practitioners who have been illegally detained for over a half a year. Their family members have not been allowed to visit them and the unlawful police personal have secretly and illegally sentenced these practitioners.
16. [Beijing] Dafa Practitioner Gong Qixin Arrested
Ms. Gong Qixin, a Dafa practitioner from the No. 5 Courtyard of Shaoyaoju, Chaoyang District, Beijing City, was abducted by the police in her neighborhood on October 12, 2006. Her whereabouts are still unknown to this day. Her home was savagely searched and several Dafa books were taken away.

17. [Beijing] Ms. Gao Fengxiang and Ms. Zhao Yongmei Arrested
Ms. Gao Fengxiang, around 46 years old, was a resident of Shi’e Village, Dongshaoqu Town, Miyun County. On July 31, 2006, she was reported to the police when she was reading truth-clarifying materials. She was illegally arrested and sentenced to two years of forced labor.
Ms. Zhao Yongmei, is a resident of Shi’e Village of Dongshaoqu Town, Miyun County. In July 2006, she was arrested at her home by the local police.
18. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Dafa Practitioner Mr. Li Xuebin and His Family Arrested
At around 7:00 p.m. on October 15, 2006, Mr. Li Xuebin, a Dafa practitioner from Laishan District, Yantai City, Shandong Province was arrested by the Binhai Road Police Substation while he was at work. His wife Luo Yunyan and their 5-year-old daughter Tong Tong were also arrested at their home.

19. [An’yang City, Henan Province] Mr. Li Zengfeng and Other Practitioners Persecuted and Harassed
In mid-July 2006, Mr. Li Zengfeng, a practitioner who is employed at An’yang Steel Company, was seized by six secret agents from the National Security Team at the Fengleyuan Hotel, on his day off work. After three to four days of intense interrogation, he was forced to become a spy and to monitor practitioners Mr. Li Zi, and Ms. Guo Fang, whom he knew. After Mr. Li Zi was aware of the situation, he left An’yang with his family. When he was making a phone call to his mother in Luoyang, he was followed before he was arrested by a secret agent of the An’yang National Security Bureau. On August 25, he was illegally detained at the An’yang City Detention Center. Ms. Guo Fang was arrested and sent to the detention center at the end of September 2006.
Mr. Xu Guanfeng, a practitioner from the Beiguan District Education Bureau of An’yang City was arrested at his workplace by the National Security Police from the Beiguan Public Security Bureau. His home and office were also searched.
On October 12, 2006, Ms. Weng Qiuxiang, Ms. Wang Qiaoxian and Ms. Song from An’yang City went to Shenjiagang, the west suburb of An’yang City, to hand out truth-clarifying materials. They were arrested on October 13 and their homes were searched by the police. They found a ink-jet printer and truth-clarifying materials.
On October 11, 2006, Ms. Cheng Qingxia was arrested when she was handing out truth-clarifying materials at Shachang Road.
20. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Cao Caifeng and Three Other Practitioners Arrested
At 7:00 p.m. on October 15, 2006, the Yantai City 610 Office senselessly arrested Dafa practitioners Ms. Cao Caifeng, Ms. Zhang Shufeng and Mr. Wang Jinlong. Mr. Wang Jinlong escaped with righteous thoughts. Ms. Cao and Zhang’s homes were illegally searched and their computers and printers were confiscated. They have been detained at the Fenghuangtai Police Substation ever since.
Ms.Yu Yonglan from Qishan, Ms. Zhang Shuying and Ms. Gong Qingmei from Qixia and Ms. Qu Cuihua from Muping were also arrested.
21.[Zibo City, Shandong Province] Police Arrest a Practitioner in Her Seventies
An woman in her seventies from Caiyuan Village, Shangcheng Road Neighborhood Committee, Zichuan District, Zibo City, Shandong Province was arrested after she was reported to the police for clarifying the truth.

22. [Beijing] Tieying Hospital Management Persecutes Their Employees
October 1, 2006, Tieying Hospital of Fengtai District in Beijing reported two employees to the police claiming that their computers contained Falun Dafa materials. As a result, these two employees were arrested and to this today there has been no news about them.
23. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Xiumei Arrested and Her Home Searched
Ms. Li Xiumei, forty years old, resides at You’ai New Village, Weicheng District, Weifang City. At 6:00 p.m. on October 15, 2006, about a dozen policemen broke into Ms. Li Xiumei’s home and arrested her. They demanded her money and bankbook. The police took three computers and Dafa truth-clarifying materials.
24.[Tianjin City] Elementary School Teacher Mr. Zhou Qitong Arrested
Mr. Zhou Qitong, a teacher from the Qiandingzhuang Central Elementary School of Tianjin City was arrested by the Balitai Police Substation of the Nankai Public Security Sub-bureau in October 2006.
25. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhao Baokun and His Wife Ms. Liu Zuping Arrested
Mr. Zhao Baokun and his wife Ms. Liu Zuping from Zifu District, Yantai City, were arrested on October 16, 2006. Currently they are being detained at Shihuiyao Police Substation.
26. [Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Jiang Xianyi Suffers from Persecution
Ms. Jiang Xianyi was reported to the police on May 22, 2006 in Nanshan District, Shenzhen City when she was clarifying the truth. She was arrested by the police before she was detained at the No. 1 Detention Center in Tongle Village, Nanshan District (her son Kuo Hai is still detained there). Afterwards she was further tortured at Sanshui Women's Forced Labor Camp of Guangdong Province. For several months now, her family has been prohibited from visiting her.
27.[Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Li Guihua Arrested
Ms. Li Guihua, a practitioner from Jiujiang City was suddenly arrested in the afternoon on October 13, 2006. Her whereabouts are still unknown.
28. [Changsha City, Hunan Province] Mr. Chen Jianzhong Is Being Detained at the Xinkaipu Forced Labor Camp in Changsha City
29.[Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Ms. He Cuiqiong (Over 60 Years Old) Was Abducted in Mid September 2006. Her Current Whereabouts Are Unknown
30.[Macheng City, Hubei Province] Ms. Tao Xi’ai Arrested at Her Home
At 1 p.m. on October 13, 2006, Li Jiede, the team leader of the National Security Team of Macheng City, and several other policemen broke into Ms. Tao Xi’ai’s home and took away her Dafa books. They detained her at the No. 2 Detention Center. They
also threatened to send her to the provincial brainwashing class.
31.[Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Zhu Wenfang Arrested
Ms. Zhu Wenfang, a practitioner from Chengdu City, 63 years old, is a retired employee in Chengdu City. She was reported to the police when she went out to clarify the truth around 8 p.m. on September 28. She was arrested and taken to the Mengzhuiwan Police Substation.
At Mengzhuiwan Police Substation, Ms. Zhu Wenfang was forced to stand without moving for over three hours. If she moved, she would be severely beaten. At 12:00 a.m. on September 28, the police searched Ms. Zhu Wenfang’s home and took away four photos of Master Li, five copies of Zhuan Falun, nine copies of Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, Master Li’s overseas lectures and new articles and all Dafa related materials.
At 2:00 p.m. on September 29, Ms. Zhu Wenfang left the police station with righteous thoughts and was forced to become homeless to avoid further persecution.
32. [Nanbu County, Sichuan Province] Ms. Yuan Defang Illegally Sent to Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Yuan Defang, over 30 years old, a practitioner from Nanbu County, Sichuan Province, was arrested when she was handing out truth-clarifying materials. She was sentenced to one year forced labor. On October 13, 2006, she was sent to Nanmushi Temple in Zizhong County.

On September 23, 2006, a dozen people from the Bao’an District 610 Office of Shenzhen City broke into Ms. Ye Fengxia and Ms. Cheng Lixue’s homes and conducted an illegal search. They arrested both women. Currently Ms. Ye Fengxia and Ms. Cheng Lixue are being held at the Bao’an Detention Center at Jiuwei Village, Xixiang Town, Bao’an District, Shenzhen City.

34.[Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province ]Ms. Xu Saiying Arrested
At 10:00 a.m. on October 10, 2006, a dozen police from the Guangzhou City Public Security Bureau, the Tianhe Public Security Sub-bureau, and the Wushan Police Substation went to Ms. Xu Saiying’s residence. At 4:00 p.m., Ms. Xu Saiying was arrested. Her printer, Dafa materials and the truth-clarifying materials were taken away. Currently Ms. Xu Saiying is being detained at the Tianhe Detention Center.
35.[Hengyang City, Henan Province] Ms. Guan Minglian Arrested
Ms. Guan Minglian, a practitioner from Guanjiazui Town, Qidong County, Hengyang City, Hunan Province was arrested by the County 610 Office. In August 2006 he was sentenced to forced labor at the Baimalong Forced Labor Camp.
36.[Shanghai] Practitioner Ms. Zhou Mao Arrested
On October 14, 2006, Ms. Zhou Mao, a practitioner from Shanghai was arrested by the plainclothes police after she was discovered handing out truth-clarifying materials at the Stadium at Xuhui District.
Ms. Zhou Mao, 56 years old, was sentenced to two years of forced labor in 2001. She is now being tortured at the Qingpu Women's Forced Labor Camp in Shanghai.
37.[Xishui, Hubei Province] Mr. Wang Jinghua Arrested
In the morning on October 16, 2006, about eight policemen from the No. 1 Section of the Xishui 610 Office in Hubei Province arrested Mr. Wang Jinghua at the County Experimental Elementary School.
